Always have a friendly staff, although a time or two the person making the drinks forgot my double shot. Very professional and was impressed how well they handled their Labor Day promotion and the traffic.
Dig the vibe here all the workers adore their job they are friendly, chatty when we are bored waiting on our drink and typically let us know what the holdup is the rare times the line does not blow through quickly, so we are sitting there like what the heck is going on dude🫠. Keep it up guys ill be there every morning😅
The. Girls are always friendly, however last 3 times ive went idk what happened but they start to either give me other peoples drinks or im just waiting a minimum of 20 mins

The coffee has a huge deep coffee base, so flavors enhance rather than cover up the coffee taste. From the coffees to the lemonades, everything is consistently perfect, with bold and refreshing flavors. Specific recommendations include the blended hot and cold coffee, the Strawberry Smoothie, and the Dragon's Blood Lemonade. The staff is always very friendly, super sweet, upbeat, and phenomenal, often creating an awesome vibe with music. They also offer a treat for your dog.
However, a significant and consistent issue is the wait time. The line is often wrapped around the building, resulting in a wait of 20 minutes or more, which is considered ridiculous and a wild length for a drive-thru. This slow crawl happens regardless of the time of day. The practice of paying in advance makes some customers feel stuck. Additionally, there was an inconvenience regarding payment, as the business does not accept $100 bills, which is not posted. Despite the slow service, the quality of the drinks keeps people coming back, though many wish the service speed would match the excellent product.
