Heard this was the best hamburger in the area from TripAdvisor and Yelp. Drove into town and visited. Two Kirbyburgers, two fries, chicken strips and a single burger for my son. Bill came to be $35. $8 for a double burger? OK if it's really good and decently sized.
Sadly neither was acurrate. Burger was about the size of a McDonalds double and honestly while seasoned well, the McDonald's burger is better. Fries had no salt and were typical crinkle cut you can get from food giant.
Chicken strips were small and at more than $2.50 each is ridiculous.
Everything was cooked to order which was good I suppose.
Kirby's did not live up to the glowing reviews. Expensive and very mediocre food. Won't be back.

Ok this used to be one of my family’s favorite places but unless you are planning to have an order less than $40 don’t go here. They forced the gratuity charge 15% more and I ordered by phone. They didn’t tell me about it so we were forced to pay it or not get our food for a take out order ! But apparently it’s posted. Terrible

Good food
The burger was alright. The onion rings were terrific. The servers were wonderful. There was no atmosphere. I'd probably go again, but I wouldn't try too hard to get there.

Loved it. The place was recommended by a local who grew up in the area. There is a old time feel to the diner. Everything is fairly priced, and it was so much better than I expected.
Excellent food, delightful and friendly service, and a nice local air about everything. Will def return at some point

Wish they added a little more grilled food items on the menu.
I went to Kirby's today to have a burger number one we had no onions no pickles on our Burger had to ask for that then we found a hair in our sandwich tried to show him that and they yanked it away and refused to give any money back then they wanted to double charge us on our bill I will not be back
