This is a small gem of the Sikeston area. We order all of our birthday cakes from them because they are beautiful and taste great. Prices are a touch high but not unreasonable. Every time I go in there to pick up a cake, there is always a small group of older people sitting at the tables having coffee and talking about sports. The other sweets in the displays look very good. Its just a warm feeling place to step into and grab a sweet snack or sit down for a sandwich or soup.

Food is not as good as it once was. They've discontinued some of my favorites.

Fantastic Food! Service is good. Not always welcoming when you walk in for bakery. I'll go back with friends for lunch. However there is another bakery/cafe in Sikeston that I have never felt discouraged for going in and they have fantastic food as well.

Stopped in for lunch and it was ok. Sandwich was nothing special and the salad came with a squeeze pack of dressing (no home made dressing here). Chicken and dumplings were bland and tasted like it they were from a can. Baked treats are their specialty and is what you should focus on if you stop by.

Stopped in for lunch with a girlfriend. This place was absolutely amazing. Has the raspberry tea, quiche of the day and took home some tasty desserts! They also had some other daily specials like meatloaf and chicken & dumplings. I'm not sure when I will be back in town but I will definitely stop at Susie's again. The service was excellent as well. The place is a cute spot to grab some food with your friends or just by yourself!

Food and service were great! The free rolls delivered to the table were huge, warm, and delcious! We got an Italian creme and coconut cake to go and it was really good as well!

Dumplings were watered down and salad be didn't have any thing in it but lettuce, it was nasty food, waited along time to get my food and then was charged right at $50 for nasty food ?

The owner was extremely rude to a group of seniors we brought to Sikeston just to try her place. Very unfortunate way to treat a large group of out of town guests. We left without buying a single item and will not be back.
