I give this a five-star rating in spite of the lesser quality service since the food is definitely A Cut Above what you would expect at a place this small. Our first couple of times eating there I didn't have any complaints about our server so when I heard that it had a reputation of not having very good service I countered that with the argument that we had always gotten great service, but this last visit I had to go to the counter to ask for refills of my drink I had to go back and ask for more silverware I had to go back and ask for our bill and I noticed that the server was simply eating her own meal behind the counter or spending time on her phone and not being attentive at all to the people she was supposed to be serving.

A downtime restaurant with upscale food! Pretty standard fair with a few twists by the Chef. Everything we've had has been top notch. Whatever you do, save room for bread pudding. SO GOOD!!!

This is our go to restaurant when we stay at Crows Creek Campground at Smithville Lake ever year and when we lived in the area.
I am the pickiest person when it comes to food, I get nervous eating burgers I haven’t made myself. I had a burger from Aroma Bistro today and WOW!! It was absolutely amazing!!! Perfectly grilled! The flavor was so good! I had fries and they were perfectly crispy!! 10/10 I will definitely be eating there again!!

We were blown away by our experience at Aroma Bistro. I ordered Salmon Piccata and it was cooked to perfection -absolutely delicious! My husband had a chicken dish and it was equally good. Yummy desserts and cocktails -and great service too.

Everything was so good. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The shrimp pasta had so much shrimp. Great place to eat. Plus really close to the lake!! There hasn't been anything I have tried here that isn't good. The have a wide variety of food so even picky people will have choice. Its a dont miss spot
