Very frustrated. Did not get complete order. Even when I had to walk into the lobby, they only gave one of the two cheeseburgers and 0 of the 2 Hershey. Not apologetic at all. This store was NOT busy. $37... Was totally not worth it. Will not be back.

Ordered a double whopper with cheese only and they screwed up my husband sandwich whom is on a restricted diet..I. Specifically told them cheese only how hard is it to,make a sandwich per the customer request. We live 6 miled north and I asked the man at the window if it was a double whopper with cheese he lied and said yes. I want to speak to the owner this is like the third time this has happened you need competent employees. We paid for a double whopper and got.loaded cheeseburger for $10.00 you ripped us off. You need to clean house with people that care, How would like it of you got,home 6,miles away and it's the wrong order our you going, to bring us the . correct order probably not BECAUSE you don't care what kind food you put out SHAME,ON YOU I CONFIRMED THE ORDER TWIVE.

Forgot half my order, so has to pull around and wait like 10 more minutes and of course still missing a few things. 😢 but went ahead and drove home and said screw it. I wasn’t about to go back in the drive through as it was packed. Sad.. not sure we will return. I had so many high hopes ðŸ˜
Placed an one order 30 minutes ahead of time and they hadn't even started the order until after I got there. Stood there for a a few minutes before getting an employees attention as they just walked by and ignored me while I stood there waiting. Service is usually ok here but after tonight I won't bother ordering from here again. No point in online orders if the employees "can't see it" until I get there..

The service was friendly. The bacon cheeseburger was light on the condiments. Overall, a good Burger King to visit.

Service was very slow inside the restaurant , the staff was more interested in service the people in the drive thru. We waited over 15 minutes for our order. The only plus is the food was very good.
