The workers were GOLDEN!!! Service was courteous, workers treated each other with respect, helped out where needed without being asked, they treated all the customers respect, kindness and efficency. All this while obviously being short on staff. I was very impressed. They have my 5 star rating all the way around!!

Trued the impossible Whopper there a while back. It was one of the most disgusting things I had ever eaten in my life. It was like an undercooked burger. Because it was!! I tried the impossible Whopper at other places. Night and day difference. Apparently it's that old cardinal sin to try to be vegetarian in some small town. It offends their moral principles or something so they serve you undercooked meat instead. You win I guess?! You sure showed me. Luckily I wasn't bit by a tick or something with a meat allergy and I could have gotten violently ill. If I knew better at the time I would have reported them. Oh well. Beware.
Drive thru order...havent ate burger king in 2 years...I forgot how awesome the whopper really is..so ill give the 2 thumbs up..way up...

Dining in food was very slow. Watched several cars go through the drive through before we got our food. So expect to wait even without a rush. Several tables were dirty. Guess that's why they have a do it yourself cleaning station setup on the side of the trash can.

Fast Food?? I don’t think so slowwww service. Don’t mind waiting while they catch up on orders and there is one person in line in front of you and one car parked. Never got served because I was on lunch break and didn’t have 30 minutes to wait

The drinks taste like mold, especially the water. Either the ice machine needs deep cleaned or the soda fountain, or both. Management please do a deep clean... I feel sorry for the employees that have no other choice but to drink nasty moldy water.

I am a frequent burger king enjoyer and the service I received from Allison and her staff was top notch!
Not every store holds customer service in high regards but I was brought back to old school customer service that isn't common any longer.

So incredibly slow probably won't stop again
I don't live in Smithville I sometimes come through Smithville to drop a passenger off, decided to eat here today inside just needed a break, when I pulled up there was a line wrapped around clear to the intersection I thought to myself I don't know if I want to do this today! Decided to park went inside young guy took my order correctly they worked as a team there was no bickering inside was very clean the food was fresh! I will definitely be back! Great service!

I come almost every day for breakfast but the last month I make sure to come Monday Tuesday and Wednesday they have a new cook / cashier I for got to ask his name but he's a Hispanic man so friendly and professional he and the general manager are great morning workers

Stopped in Burger King (Smithville, Missouri) @ 7:20am on 7/9/25. Took my order and was told to pull around the building and they would bring my food out. Waited almost 10 minutes and nothing. Mind you there was only 2 customers. Went in to ask where my food was. Then they forgot my orange juice. Was there almost a half hour. Got on the highway to find out that i did not even get what i ordered!!!!!! And it was cold! They lost my business for sure!!!!!

We came on a Saturday evening and Brittney was such an awesome employee! She’s sweet and caring and she needs a promotion! More people should be like this especially in 2025 customers have ruined most of the good ones! keep going you Brittany!

There was just one women working tonight and she was so friendly and made our order fresh for us. Ive worked FF for 12 years and the way my husband is in the drive thru drives me nuts. But she showed a lot of patience and delivered delicious and correct food
