The only thing I would suggest is to tweak the protein latte mocha ingredients just a smidge to change it up and improve the flavor. I actually make my own protein lattes at home...three a day for the past 3 years after having gastric bypass surgery and everyone raves about how amazing they taste. I got a protein latte here and it was just okay so I came home and made my own variation that I drink every single day for the past 3 years, that I like the flavor of better... So I would suggest just based on my abundant experience in this particular area ... For protein powder they should use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, Mocha Cappuccino & for creamer they should use nestlé Coffee-Mate vanilla bean And in my expert opinion that would take this from a four star to a five star

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The ladies at Sunshine really live up to the name. Every time we visit we are greeted with a smile! Their Lotus drinks are delicious and every variation of coffee I've tried is far better than any big chain out there. Their iced caramel latte with caramel foam is top notch and the cinnamon rolls are a must-try. I can't recommend them enough!!

I was hesitant given it’s a small business and was even more so when I saw it was in a trailer. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good and not overly sweet my Brown Sugar/Cinnamon Latte was. Definitely will recommend this place.

We periodically have come here for coffee when in the area, but haven't in a while due to work not bringing us to smithville in a while. Our most recent visit we brought a fully punched rewards card for a free drink, which they wouldn't accept because they no longer offer the physical rewards program. I mean we did pay for every coffee on that punch card, very unprofessional in my opinion to not honor it. We paid for the drink, but extremely unhappy with the experience. Feel like we were cheated for our loyalty in the past.

Great place to stop! Loved the salted blonde! We had them pack up sandwiches for an afternoon picnic. Everything was great!
Such delicious coffee! I love that they offer seasonal flavors year round. I got a pumpkin iced latte with oat milk and cinnamon bun cold foam. I definitely recommend! For some reason I was thrown off by driving up to a food truck instead of walking, but driving up was nice. Nice employees!

We love Sunshine Coffee Co! The coffee, teas and Lotus drinks are all always on point, with tons of flavor options available. Lots of caffeine free options too. Recently, the 12 days of Christmas was super fun with some extra delicious drinks! They run a lot of fun specials throughout the year with festive drinks. Their pastries, baked goods and breakfast options are also super tasty and always fresh. We can grab several pop tarts or muffins and they’ll last a few days. Lastly, the staff is always cheery, timely and accurate! While we don’t often get coffees and teas out, when we do, we go to Sunshine!! We highly recommend!
