They don't answer their line they don't take orders there at the place of business or shorthanded it's just a terrible place right now I'd rather go a couple miles down east or west Plant City or Kearney to get their Pizza Hut Smithville just ain't right yet

Smithville Domino's on July 11th, 2025, at approximately 120pm, canceled my order immediately after ordering my families food. I called the store to retort an issue, my order disappeared yet $42 for the order, $3tip, was taken from my bank account. When I called, I was told I would get a refund by 6pm because a manager will be in since the lady on the phone explained she was alone in the store but wouldn't give me her name. Then 7pm rolls around, go down to the store and they are refusing to give me a refund. The night manager said I was talking to the daytime manager on the phone at approximately 120pm, and she lied to me about being alone and she knew how to give refunds.The manager refused to give my husband the number to the manager above her so we are calling Corporate office. It's not okay to lie and steal from customers. All the managers there should be fired! I'm not the only one in Smithville that had their money stolen from this store. There was a customer waited an hour after Domino's said they had his order done. He told us good luck getting a refund, this store was a joke. First time ordering food there, last time I ever order at this location! Stealing money from a family, they should feel ashame of themselves!

I ordered pizza delivery for dinner on sunday because i was working. i placed my order over the app, continued working my shift. more than an hour later i realized my pizza was not delivered. i was looking at my phone when i realized i had a missed call, it was from dominos stating they didn’t have a delivery driver and that i would need to come pick up my order or cancel it. another 30-40 minutes go by i finally am on my way to pick up my order there was ONE person running the entire store. my negative review does not reflect this individuals work, they were doing the best they could. i however paid for two pizzas and a drink, did not receive the drink. a couple things to note, if you’re not offering delivery, TAKE IT OFF THE WEBSITE. also, hire more people, or better yet make your management team help your struggling employees!!
Need to hire real people to take orders instead of call centers. It's very said that I can't get the right order or talk to someone who actually works at that location. Iv paid for deliver a few times and each time i get called telling me they can't deliver. What is the darn point of this place even being here. You got no workers and crappy service. You can't even deliver what you offer.
I attempted to place an order online using the app. After 20 minutes of being unsuccessful, I drove all the way to the store. I walk in and asked if there’s an issue with the app and the clerk said “it’s glitchy tonight“, but I’m closing early tonight. Mind you it’s 8:30 PM. On a Saturday night. I asked why is he closing early? He answered because he’s short staffed and he’s had to close for the last three nights in a row. Not really the answer. I wanted to hear after driving 20 minutes because I could not get anybody on the phone and I could not place an online order. The crazy thing is I worked 12 hours today and I’ve gotta work another 12 hours tomorrow. Guarantee this kid doesn’t know what it’s like to work.The kid behind the counter that short staffed needs to learn about customer service. You would think with an average 2.8 star review, the owner would want to make some improvements, but I bet I will never hear back from them
The store has been open for two years and they still can’t seem to get it together… Taking hours to get our pizza or when delivery is selected I have to show up there anyways. Only way I’m getting Domino’s again as if I go to a different store. You think that a major franchise brand like this would have some kind of system in place. Instead, they lie and make excuses…
On multiple occasions I’ve ordered pizza and was told they don’t have a driver 20 minutes later. Turn off delivery or partner with DoorDash or something. This is insane.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!! We ordered 8 pizzas for our 6 year olds birthday party for pick-up through the Domino's app on a Sunday. When my husband arrived at the store at 345pm to pick up the pizzas, the doors were locked despite the open sign on the door. We were unable to get ahold of anybody at this location or Domino's customer service regarding our order. We contacted the store the following day and were told by an employee that they were closed that Sunday and that the manager would be issuing refunds. We have been unable to speak with a manager and because this is a franchise, Domino's customer service won't refund our money until the physical store has had the opportunity to ''do the right thing''. All I want is my money back for the pizzas I never received. Since this experience, we have heard many other locals having nothing but issues with this store. Save yourself the headache and order from Pizza Hut just down the street.

bad management. Never open and never delivering. Most of the time when you order on the website you get a call saying they have no delivery people or they are closed. One time I told them I would just go pick up the pizza and I sat in the store for like 1 hour waiting. The employee complained the entire time and told me they were out of ingredients but later said they were not actually out but he just didn't want to open more. There were several calls where he directly told customers that they were out of ingredients after directly telling me they were not. zero out of 5 stars. He did say they were actually out of the lava cakes but he said they ran out because he ate them all himself.
I saw him go from sweeping/cleaning up the store to hand making my pizza without washing his hands and it was super gross.

Ordered 2 - 2 topping pizzas, chicken Parmesan sandwich, pepperoni cheesy bread & garlic parmesan bites. One pizza was made wrong & only had one topping & the Parmesan bites were over cooked & all the garlic butter ran out of the box & soaked onto the pizza boxes. So much for garlic Parmesan bites. Just have buttery over cooked bread bites, yuck. I paid for a 2 topping pizza. A little more quality of services needs to be perfected so customers can enjoy a delivered meal. Paid $6 delivery fee & gave a $5 tip but the food is not good. This order was not tasty nor enjoyable as it was so greesy. Very disappointed with the service. Kinda wish I ordered elsewhere tonight. I wiill think hard before order Dominos again. Poor Service

How hard do you have to try to get a sub 3 star rating in a small town? Can't cook a pizza right, can't get the order right, and can't even tell me the specials over the phone? There are too many options out there to be this bad.

We have bought many pizzas at this location and usually they are good but we tried the New York Style pizza they have been advertising and it was horrible. We had maybe 5 pieces of pepperoni on it and hardly any cheese. The pizza was all crust and sauce. It looked nothing like the ads on TV and unfortunately tasted really bad. We ended up throwing it away.
