Our order was made super freaky fast and not just thrown together it was a really good sandwich. Like all the lettuce and meat it should have. Like picture worthy.

Freaky fast, freaky expensive. Outrageous to charge $2 to add cheese. Did you have to ship the cheese in from Europe? Your sandwiches are already overpriced for the quality. Shame! Shame!

I ordered a BLT WRAP. I paid $17 and some change for it. They prepared a BLT sub sandwich. That is not what I ordered. After some ridiculous disscussion I asked for my money back. The manager was called in and apparently was having a difficult time giving me the $17 back. The young man that prepared the wrong food asked for me to give him the change back. Then he told me they cannot make a BLT wrap. REALLY? Fed up with the inept service I told them to keep my money I felt they needed it more than me. I went to Taco Bell.
I typically like Jimmy John's. In other locations. But don't bother with this location on 169 hwy in Smithville. They do not know what they are doing. Last time I ordered a BLT wrap they gave me the wrap version but they did not put lettuce or tomatoes on it. I gave them another chance.....not again........I will go to Subway next time.

Great service!!! There were unfortunately only 2 employees on staff, but we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes and the inside was spotless! The sweet woman who took our order gave my daughter a free cookie 🥹❤️

Focused on providing quality customer service? Only if the person they were texting while supposedly ringing me out was a mobile order. Cause their focus wasn’t for the person directly in front of them. Must of been a very important mobile order cause he had to stop working and show it to his co worker so they could converse about it. Meanwhile a line built at the register during the time they could of been making my sandwich and taking other orders
Food quality? I love Jimmy John’s tuna sandwich. Love them. However this time. Worse tuna sandwich ever. Not just worst Jimmy John’s tube sandwich. Never have I had dried out tuna fish. And yet… here we were. Choking down the driest tuna fish sandwich
Since this is our third visit and the third time we’ve had service issues one thing is readily apparent. Drive the seven miles to the next nearest Jimmy John’s where they are freaky fast, focused on quality service, and they know how to properly make a tuna fish sandwich

Submitted an order at 733 and waited an hour until I called. My first call was answered then immediately hung up, and then two follow up calls were let ring out. At the end of the third call I got a bank notification that my order was refunded with no warning answer or justification.
My family has gave this location so many tries. We just keep getting bad service and wrong orders. The last order I spent over $30 to have the drive up window tell me they gave my online order to someone else. No apology. Guy at the window was frustrated, remade my order and I drove away 15 minutes later. I filled out a review, a guy named Andre said he would refund my order but never did. So disappointed.

horrible service. i tried to make an online order and was told that i had to wait for an uber eats driver which is fine. after an HOUR of waiting i decided to go to the store to get my food upon my arrival the store was CLOSED. no call or anything. called the store and was told that i had to cancel my order that i made an HOUR AGO because they failed to tell me that they couldn’t find a driver on a MONDAY NIGHT! like duh you’re not gonna get one it’s monday! i wouldn’t waste my time or money on this place because obviously the person running the store has no idea how to run a business or properly train employees on how to deal with these kinds of situations.

Every time I go for lunch there is ALWAYS an issue.
First time the gentleman that helped me made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stopped staring at me through the drive thru window. Then ended up giving me the wrong order and didn’t realize until I left.
Second time I went the gal that helped me forgot part of my order… when i turned around to ask for the complete order she threw a fit.
Today when I went the new gentleman that helped me was very rude. I kept saying thank you and he never acknowledged me. He also messed up my order. Decided not to turn around. Wasn’t gonna deal with it.
They need a better staff, better training, and i don’t know better everything

Came here to pickup a delivery order. Staff member handed me the order and said something about them saving it for me because they don't ever get tipped. What the hell is that supposed to mean? You expect a tip for handing me a delivery order? I pay for my own gas, insurance, and maintenance on my delivery vehicle. Did you pay for any of that? No!!! If you want tips then quit Jimmy John's and become a delivery driver. Then you will see how I see it when I hear stupid comments about you getting a tip for handing me an order for delivery!!!

This place is trash!!! The girl couldn’t understand how to work the register. I had to
correct our order on the receipt by writing the correct order on it. Still was wrong had to go back in to correct it. When she handed me the food she said sorry if it’s wrong ?♀️ $40 and I threw my no meat sub in the trash
