Slow service (like 30+ minutes for 4 sandwiches slow) and rude staff every single time. How is a sandwich shop wildly understaffed at lunch every single day?

Submitted an order at 733 and waited an hour until I called. My first call was answered then immediately hung up, and then two follow up calls were let ring out. At the end of the third call I got a bank notification that my order was refunded with no warning answer or justification.

My family has gave this location so many tries. We just keep getting bad service and wrong orders. The last order I spent over $30 to have the drive up window tell me they gave my online order to someone else. No apology. Guy at the window was frustrated, remade my order and I drove away 15 minutes later. I filled out a review, a guy named Andre said he would refund my order but never did. So disappointed.

horrible service. i tried to make an online order and was told that i had to wait for an uber eats driver which is fine. after an HOUR of waiting i decided to go to the store to get my food upon my arrival the store was CLOSED. no call or anything. called the store and was told that i had to cancel my order that i made an HOUR AGO because they failed to tell me that they couldn’t find a driver on a MONDAY NIGHT! like duh you’re not gonna get one it’s monday! i wouldn’t waste my time or money on this place because obviously the person running the store has no idea how to run a business or properly train employees on how to deal with these kinds of situations.

Every time I go for lunch there is ALWAYS an issue.

First time the gentleman that helped me made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stopped staring at me through the drive thru window. Then ended up giving me the wrong order and didn’t realize until I left.

Second time I went the gal that helped me forgot part of my order… when i turned around to ask for the complete order she threw a fit.

Today when I went the new gentleman that helped me was very rude. I kept saying thank you and he never acknowledged me. He also messed up my order. Decided not to turn around. Wasn’t gonna deal with it.

They need a better staff, better training, and i don’t know better everything

Came here to pickup a delivery order. Staff member handed me the order and said something about them saving it for me because they don't ever get tipped. What the hell is that supposed to mean? You expect a tip for handing me a delivery order? I pay for my own gas, insurance, and maintenance on my delivery vehicle. Did you pay for any of that? No!!! If you want tips then quit Jimmy John's and become a delivery driver. Then you will see how I see it when I hear stupid comments about you getting a tip for handing me an order for delivery!!!

This place is trash!!! The girl couldn’t understand how to work the register. I had to
correct our order on the receipt by writing the correct order on it. Still was wrong had to go back in to correct it. When she handed me the food she said sorry if it’s wrong ?‍♀️ $40 and I threw my no meat sub in the trash

Always a long wait. Very rude if you call with questions. When you place a delivery order, they do not tell you it gets delivered by Uber Eats. Called to check on order after 40 min and was curtly informed that we need to take it up with Uber Eats. Website says to call JJs store if you have questions so which is it?

We had this food delivered since it's close to our work place. When I called them about the amount of time it's taking, the man who answered the phone was V E R Y rude and said we need to call UberEats, not them. No where did it say UberEats would be delivering. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with this location. It is however the last time we'll ordering from them.

Aside from the restaurant being clean (likely from little to no traffic), I'd rate it a zero.

We were the only ones in store... and yet somehow our very simple order was made wrong. It happens sometimes, I get it.

When I brought it to their attention, they did apologize and went to remake it (which made me hopeful)... But then gave me the wrong sub again...

I ordered the chicken jalepeno wrap but was given lettuce x10, tomato, and jalepenos. Literally ZERO chicken (I opened it up and rummaged through it to be sure).

For a $40 order of cold simple subs, I'm quite angry about the waste of money and time.

All of the staff are hesitant and evidently under trained (or just don't care).

The younger folks that work there are always so kind and professional. But when the older lady or older man is there i have terrible customer service every time and i feel like im bothering them.

Absolutely the worst jimmy johns sandwich I've ever had. Always get the gargantuan and save 1/2 for the next day. This time it had about 1/3 of the meat as usual. No onions, no oil and vinegar, no oregano basil, and no cheese. First and last time at the Smithville location. Never have this problem at Kearney. From the reviews I see now, looks like that's a regular thing at this location. Waste of $20. And why are you locking the door behind me at 8:10 when you're supposed to close at 9. Had to have them fill my drink in the back because they already had the drink machine shut down. Looks like they're more concerned about going home early than doing their job right.
