By far the worse and outmost rudest staff ever. Sat at the drive up for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and there was no one at the drive thru either. I have always felt like I am a burden as a customer and they sigh heavily when taking your order.

They removed the breading from inside my sandwich....without asking or telling me. Of course I didn't know until I unwrapped it at home. Very disappointing.

My expectations for fast food dining aren’t high. At minimum I hope for pleasant, prompt service, fresh food, low hassle. Not sure which turnip truck these kids fell off, but ordering a sandwich has never been so difficult. After reading the reviews about lack of sanitation on top of it, will definitely never patronize this location again. Do better, folks, it’s not hard.

Food is good but always have to double check to make sure you have your full order. The staff is not friendly and when you go through the drive through they are whispering through the speaker and when you ask them to speak up they don’t. Not friendly at all!

Got sandwiches last night for family and bread was dry and they were out of wheat. They all had only about half the meat.

Today one of the workers, Alejandra made me cry. I pulled up to the speaker to order my food, while on the phone with my boyfriend talking about my dog, who was in the car with me, and how he was being gross and messy. I then pulled up to the window and she started talking about how she was anointed, and how she hears the voice of god. She then kept talking aggressively, and asked if I had been to church before and then continued to ask me if I knew what blasphemy was. She then proceeded to be extremely rude, talking about blasphemy, and told me I was blasphemous, and slammed the window at me. I sat there so confused near tears, Because I didn’t know what I said, because all I talked to my boyfriend about that she might’ve heard was my messy, slobbery dog. All I wanted was my sandwich. :(

I’m done trying with this location. I tried for the last time last night! Won’t go back. I stood at the register for 20 mins waiting to order and I was completely ignored by the crew. Three individuals working and not one acknowledged me. Gave up and left. Not my first experience at this location. They are extremely slow and regularly get orders wrong. Frustrating because I was so excited to see Jimmy John’s open in Smithville.

I ordered a Thai chicken wrap, the person at the window gave me a Caesar chicken wrap and never said anything. We didn't realize until later she gave us the wrong thing, which was on the receipt as well. So they either didn't have the Thai chicken and just gave me something else without asking or didnt hear me correctly? I was so excited for the Thai chicken wrap and now I'm just not excited at all for this. Plus 2 sandwiches and chips are now almost 30 bucks for a meal im not excited about. Great.
