Zero stars. Customer service is non existent. We ordered online. I went to pick it up like i have been doing forever. They were not “finding” the order because it was set for “counter pick up”. They never made the food. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t just grab the food from another area but I guess for counter pick up it has your location. My husband placed the order and they wouldn’t let me pick it up. So my husband drove down there himself since they can only give it to him, and these horrid young ladies that call themselves managers told him “we don’t have your food” no apologies for the mix up in ANY of this madness. They are rude and out if touch. They could have been decent human beings and made the food. It was PAID FOR!!!! The refund takes 3-5 days. McDonald’s really is garbage anyway so it is definitely for the best we will never order from here again. I was not for replacing fast food employees with AI until today. I think we need to boycott these businesses that have gotten so far from even halfway decent customer service. It is not just bad, it is unbelievably unprofessional and like they were punishing him because i complained that the whole situation was stupid. My husband was still charged. I think they ate his food!!!!

I saw a kid with a buzz cut, I couldn’t tell if I recognized him or not. But when I ordered my food went to go sit down I looked at him. He made eye contact with me, and then made this really weird up and down motion, and started to get faster with it. I didn’t know what to do so I left with my family. I think his name was Caden or something like that because I heard someone scream his name.

Manager who answers the phone in the morning and is there all day. Cusses at kids while in uniform and has an unprofessional behavior when answering phone calls for the store. Proceeded to tell me that the breakfast meal doesn’t come with hashbrowns. This store needs new management someone who is more professional with customers.
