Placed order at 7:00pm via the app. It said it would arrive between 8-8:15. Around 9 we started to call because we didn’t get it.
Phone goes directly to a call center. They couldn’t help us and said they’d transfer us to the store. After a few minutes of hold music we get another call center employee. Same deal. After the 4th call center employee, we gave up.
Customer service via the website couldn’t do much but give us a refund and file an incident report with the store owner.
Will not be returning.

I wouldn’t know how the food is. We ordered 2 hours ago and never got our order. I hear they have one lone kid working. Poor kid. How can any establishment operate like this. Shut down online ordering if it’s impossible to keep up with demand. It isn’t the kids fault he is being screwed over by corporate greed. I don’t recommend ordering from here if uou want food. All you get is a night wasted trying to figure out if you are getting your order or need to cancel. You cannot actually call this store at all. It’s all bots and hurdles.

We asked for extra sauce, chips and a pickle with our three sandwiches that we ordered to go, and we verified that they added those ingredients, and we were willing to pay for them, but when we got home, there wasn’t anything but the sandwiches. It isn’t the first time this has happened

We have stopped at this pizza hut at 2 different times with hopes to sit and dine in. Both times, about 3 months apart, doors were open but no dine due to staffing issues. How absurd.
I usually love pizza hut and i’ve never had a bad experience until today when I got a delivery from a very rude pizza hut driver. She didn’t help me when i needed it, had a very bad attitude and gave me the most nasty look. didn’t think id ever be treated this way by a worker.

Ordered online on 7/28 for a 7/29 delivery at 11:15am. I was feeding my staff prior to a meeting that started at noon. Food arrived at 11:58 which gave my staff 2 minutes to scarf down their food. Delivery was done by DoorDash through Pizza Hut and tracking showed that our driver waited there at the restaurant since 11:05. I called the local store and was hold for 10 minutes when someone finally answered they then placed me back on hold without even telling me they were doing it. Poor customer service. Horrible experience. I will never order from this Smithville Pizza Hut again.

I ordered food at 7:09. It was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes. I didn't get it till 8:16. And it was cold.

The pizza was very good, we tried the new Chicago crust, and only two employees were working at the time, and the store was hectic, but my compliments to the two employees because they kept working hard, helping customers, and making orders. It would have been easy for the two to get overwhelmed. Nice job! Check out this Pizza Hut.

The delivery driver showed up and realized he forgot the drink I had ordered. He owned it and said he would be back after he went back to the store to get it and other deliveries. 30mins later, he showed up with my drink, in the hail!!! It was a small gesture that I wish I could give more recognition for!
