We walked into the shop at 7:40, sign said they were observing winter hours. We asked them if the close at 8, the kid said yes and walked off. When she came back by we asked if there was still time, very begrudgingly said “I guess, or maybe you should just get one to go”. The place had a lot of customers, she was annoyed and rude enough that we just left and we’re headed back into KC to minskys.

Wings consisted of 3 nuggets an 4 burnt crust pcs. I wish I could show a pic. Ordered 2 large pizza 's and they were good. Just stay away from the wings.

I ordered carryout ahead online for a last minute dinner solution. The price was fair and the food filled up my family. The ladies up front were friendly and greeted me as soon as I arrived. My order was ready ahead of the scheduled time. Everything worked out pretty well with my first time with Pizza Shoppe. I think next time we may dine in as the atmosphere seems to be relaxed and inviting.

Our server was very friendly and took the time to tell us about local places since we are new to the area. The pizza was good, and so was the cheesy garlic bread. If the Pizza Shoppe had added zero sugar soda besides having diet and regular soda, I would have changed my four-star rating to a five-star.

Unless you have a good coupon from their website, it's overpriced. Expect to pay $30 for a large pizza ("King" size) with 12 tiny slices. Every time we have ordered here we've been annoyed how small the pizzas are for what you pay. The pizza itself is nothing to get excited about either.

I called in my order, sat in the parking lot the quoted amount of time. When I entered the building I was greeted by the ladies behind the counter (Raven and megan). The kitchen (Blake, griffon, cooper) did not have my order done quite done yet. But while I was waiting every staff member made sure I had been helped and were so polite. Tonight I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. And it was just a pick up order. I just wanted to reach out to let the management know how amazing the evening staff are.
