It clearly states on the receipt for the Ultimate B.M.T. be toasted and it was not. Of course my husband was home with them when we found out so I ate it anyway. Very disappointed.

The guys that run this place are awesome. Super nice and great service. I used to think that all Subways were the same, but these guys proved me wrong. BTW..To make things even better, they're starting a complete remodel. Good work, guys!

Me and my mom went into Subway with issues with the pay part of the app, so I went into the store, and the guy told me my app isn't his problem, and he can only do the deal online. So we got a gift card to use on the app, and the worker stood there and watched me and my mom struggle to scratch the pin and ended up peeling it too far down. We asked if we could get help, because it wasn't doing right and he said we scratched too hard and it's not his problem. So we asked how we could fix this issue and he kept saying it's not his problem and was extremely rude. Highly do not recommend going here, extremely disappointed, and will never step foot in there again.

Workers are jerks. Bad management. Always an Indian guy with a bad attitude. Every time I've came here I've had problems and latest they refused to make my order I already paid for. I placed a mobile order for myself and met other friends who were ordering in person. My mobile order wasn't ready on arrival. I told him I had a mobile order and asked for my cup as well, the worker ignored me and went on to the next person, who was my friend ordering in person. My friend was shocked and said we're all together. The worker handed me my cup and then proceeded to make my friends orders and skipped mine. Then while I'm standing in line next to them and they've paid he goes to the next group in line without making my sandwich. I spoke up about it saying I placed a mobile order awhile ago and am here in line now for it. He refuses to make my order and said he'll help anyone else in line but won't make mine because they are customers and not me. The rest of the people I came to eat with wait staring at their food waiting for me because this guy won't make my order. Subway logos specifically say "skip the line, order online" yet this guy puts me in the back of the line behind anyone walking in even though I'm standing in line and there now. Anyone who comes up he'll tell me to get out of the way and make their order instead even though he has my order on paper right in front of him just refusing to make it. Finally after we've been waiting a long time he makes my sandwich even though I placed the order and even was at the location before these other people. Another time the Indian worker tried to speak sternly to me telling me I selected too many vegetables to put on my sandwich. What? I can select anything I want and don't need berated for it. This locations manager also is bad as most of the offers I have in my subway app it won't let me use at this location as it says the manager refuses to take them. They seem to only hire Indians. Seems like a cheap manager who doesn't care about bad service. Go elsewhere.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP....I used to love Subway, and the Smithville Subway had gone downhill shortly after we moved here in 14, so we stopped going; less toppings, too much mayo, vinegar, & oil, soggy bread, poor customer service. We got some coupons in the mail the other day. It had been a LONG time, so I decided to give it a whirl. Found they were under new ownership/management! The bread was fantastic and the sandwich was perfect! I always order Mayo, oil & vinegar. The sandwich was not soggy....even after leaving the other half set in the fridge and eating it for dinner. (1st half eaten for lunch.) It was delicious! Have gone back a couple times this week! I told them THEY ARE DOING GREAT and left them a good tip. I might just come to love our local Subway again!

I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time and I won't be back my sandwich was dry as the Sahara desert I asked for pepper and it was all I could taste was pepper and they no longer carry spicy mustard. This was probably one of my worst eating experiences. I will say that the staff was extremely friendly and polite. This was definitely a very dry and disappointing sandwich. Subway as a chain sucks.

FIRST TIME I WENT TO SUBWAY STATION FOOD WAS GOOD AND CLEANLINESS WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF SO I WILL VISIT THIS MEMBER AGAIN AND I LIKE THE PEOPLE THERE.

New management I guess as of 2 weeks ago. Definitely an upgrade. So clean and they seem to care when making the subs. Best sub I've seen made. Guys behind the counter are friendly too. Good job, keep up the good work. Second time I've been back because last time was that good.

I have never seen the store so clean and the ingredients so fresh!! The employees that are present now are very attentive and efficient!I know a lot of people have given up on this store because it has been so bad for a while. I would encourage you to give them another shot - you won’t be disappointed!!
