Seriously, here is my rice with upcharge, added red sauce and onions, total of $2.44 for this. Not even a full scoop of rice and the red sauce… very disappointed!!!! Why don’t you just pick my pocket, stealing is stealing.

Went thru the drive, ordered the soft potato taco and bean burrito. Food was warm, not hot and I had to wait 4 minutes or so for my food.

What a nasty place. I ordered online and they took at least 10 minutes longer to prepare the order than advertised. I used the restroom while I waited and there was no soap. Gross! The store was dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor, trash on the tables, and greasy finger prints on everything. While I waited, one of the employees made a loud and very inappropriate joke about catholic priests and little boys. When I received my food, there was no silverware for the bowl I ordered. I took that as a sign that I should not eat from this dirty restaurant.

Ordered food online for someone who gets off at 11. They pull up before close and they have the bot speaker say it’s closed and no worker will help after sitting at the window for 10 mins. People need to eat when’s it late too, do better, be better.

Godawful experience. You might as well forget about ordering online because they told me they don't actually start preparing your order until you check in at the drive through. It took me over 25 minutes to get an order I had placed online (@ 10:15 pm) for 4 tacos and a burrito because the car in front of me was a pickup order too which included chicken, meaning a longer cook time. Absolutely unbelievable. I counted 7 employees that had to come look see who was asking about their order, while there were 6 cars behind me that I could see. God only knows how many in total. I will never go back there because it's just a hangout with no rhyme or reason to anything they do. Read the reviews. Jeez.

Every time I order I always say no tomatoes and every single time they are still on my tacos. I hope people learn how to read because I see it on the screen when I order. Also was told with a rude attitude about asking for sauce that I ordered when I was ordering my tacos without tomatoes. He snapped and said that’s all we have.

I read the reviews before my husband went to go get food, and to tell the truth, I was a little worried about getting food from here because of how bad the reviews have been. My husband and son n law were getting pizza and I am not a fan of pizza, and we have had a lot of Cheeseburgs and hotdogs since 4th of July so I wanted something different. So I took the chance with Taco Bell and was really surprised and grateful because my husband said that It was quick, and they were polite. I had warned him before he left to check the food when he got it. Got everything i ordered correctly, it all looked good and he said it was hot. We don't live in Smithville, We live in Plattsburg. By the time he got home with it , it was still lukewarm and everything tasted great. Out of the last 5 or 6 times we have gotten Taco Bell from various areas this has been the best one. I don't know if management has changed or if they have different employees but all I can say is everything was great for us . Now he just went through drive- threw and not inside but I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. Thank you to all who made it a great experience. Today was Friday @ about 7pm on 07/11/2025 Hope this review helps. I do not know anyone who works here nor do I normally do reviews on restaurants u less its extremely goodnight is seldom that I do that even then.

I went through the drive-thru and get told their headsets not working so they can't take orders but then they take an order behind me it seems as though it is a bunch of teenagers who are just using the job as a joke. If I can leave a zero star I would.

Went here late last night. The wait for food was long for being 2nd in line. The chalupas I had were so hard and had to break off more than half the shell to try to eat. Not sure if they didn't have enough help or what but definitely not a good experience.

I went to this Taco Bell, got my taco and chalupa, and they were stale like they had been sitting there since the am and they jadno meet in them called the store the guy said come back he will remake them Went all the way back for him to give me the same empty chalupa with no meat just a whole lot of lettuce and cheese Also the manager never came inside when I pulled up he stayed talking on the phone outside the whole time I waited 35 minutes and no one came to the countertop I went outside and ask him if he could come help me that's why the business is empty bad service
