Something is wrong with this coffee It's like the machine is broken or something.If it's broken then they need to stop serving ppl coffee that isn't what they ordered, I bought 4 coffee and all of them tasted bad like watered down milk or coffee water. When my coffee is done right I'll change to more stars but for now and the last 3days 1 star...

Huge shout out to the employees that were working this afternoon! I had a large order And they were incredible! Not only were they not phased by the size of the order, but they Also asked if they could help by using my order list and writing everyone’s names on top of each cup. 🙌❤️ absolutely fantastic experience!

Terrible! I have been to many different 7 brews and have never had a bad experience but this location was terrible. One worker was sitting on top of the table on her phone. One worker was taking orders outside, while another one just walked around aimlessly doing nothing! We waited for over 25 minutes, to get terrible!! Only one person was making drinks at a very slow rate in between having some great conversations with her coworker sitting on her phone.
Management might need to step in and let some workers go from the shift on Thursday evening, Dec 12, or have a serious discussion regarding their abilities to do their jobs!
