I didn't get the right drink at all... I asked peppermint syrup was still available and I was told it was. I was going to get sugar free vanilla and sugar free peppermint if they had it and regular peppermint if they didn't have sugar free and skim milk. I couldn't taste any flavor in it. I checked my account and it said I ordered just sugar free vanilla. my drink was disgusting.... sorry but the coffee always has an over powering coffee taste and flavors don't come through unless you get a lot of syrups and such or get it watered down. this was only my 3rd trip to 7 brew. the first time was Saturday and then we went Monday and today. after th icky drink today I might not go back. it also tastes burnt somehow. I took no so she could try it for the first time. she got strawberry and vanilla in sugar free and all she tasted was strong coffee and she asked for extra sweet. it was just gross. don't worry about ordering flavors because you will never taste anything other than coffee.

The service here is PERFECT. Elise is so sweet! I love coming to this location because of her. She gives the best recommendations and is so kind and funny. I love seeing her face every time because I know my drink will be yummy. She definitely deserves a raise for her kindness, willingness to help, and knowledge on the drinks. They are so quick at this location that sometimes I get sad I can't speak to the wonderful baristas longer. The people at this location have always been so kind and amazing. They are so accommodating and friendly--I couldn't imagine going to another location.

By far much more of an enjoyable experience than Starbucks and more bang for the buck. I feel as if the point system is way better for loyalty members as I've only been going two months and have received two free drinks. Now I've spent double that at Starbucks and I only get stars nothing else is offered for someone who spends tons on over priced coffee as it is. Plus all the stars I've gotten still wouldn't add up to a free drink. Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks but for the loyalty and atmosphere 7 brew has become my go too for coffee lately.
