I love love love 7brew as a whole!! Comparatively to my other go to site, this site is not always as welcoming or has the same kind of friendly feel. Staff is nice but does not seem to engage with the customer as much at the stands as other sites. Feels more like they are trying to get you in/out, which I do understand to a point since it is a drive thru. There was also an instance when the incorrect drink was made and I had to pay for a replacement when at my other go to site, when something like this happened (which is very rare!) I had thr replacement given to me for free. When I questioned paying for the replacement, I was told that replacing the incorrect item for free was not the practice there.

Really sad to say I didn’t like this location at all. I don’t go to seven brew often but I figured I would treat myself since there wasn’t a line and I was having a good day. The moment I pulled in I could tell it wasn’t the normal seven brew atmosphere I’m used to. The staff made me wait to take my order, even though there wasn’t plenty of staff and only 2 cars ahead of me, when I say that I mean one in each lane only one in front of me, no greeting or anything just had me wait. I felt ignored, A man had to ask a brewista to take my order when she did she was very interruptive and was not kind at all. Again no greeting or even a smile. My drink then sat for a few minutes after the man made it. A new customer came, the brewista ran to take their order leaving mine on the counter. She took their order and they paid with cash behind me, she finished checking them out around me while I sat in my car next to my drink. I then asked the man if I could have my drink and he said yeah, sorry I was making drinks. Like I wasn’t sitting there watching him but ok. On another note the floor in the building was soaked and a huge mess, hopefully no one gets hurt I didn’t notice any non slip shoes.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Both times we've been our drinks were delicious. One thing that may be helpful is menus. In order to increase efficiency and speed, the staff meets you in line to take your order, which is great, but when you're unfamiliar with the menu, it's hard to order. Also, It's getting very hot outside, and those kids really need some misting fans out there.
