After 2 plus years ordering a large iced blonde with 2 extra shots of espresso on top (affagoto) I'm told they can no longer do that for me. Why cuz they say it's too hard for their works to make it consistently. It's ridiculous so I now must find my coffee elsewhere. Sad something that's universal in coffee shops they refuse to do... bad brew I say
I absolutely LOVE 7Brew. Every time I go the baristas are so welcoming and joyful. My drink tastes the same every single time and it is so delicious. Hands down my favorite coffee spot!

We love 7 brew... but the secret menu is a joke. We Love the 7 brew small business story and business model. Love the vibe, music and people.
We were disappointed this time. All 3 of the "secret menu" items we chose tasted exactly the same. Huh? All 3 tasted coffee like cold coffee and a bit of milk.
Not sure if the staff at Campbell Springfield location didn't know how to make the "secret" items or what. We will stick to the regular menu from now on.
