This is a food borne illness waiting to happen….Ive never seen so much bare hand contact with ready to eat food and no handwashing taking place at all….they are so disorganized and the young man seems like he would lose his head if it wasn’t attached.

Stopped by 3 different time and they were closed. Hours are not customer friendly.

One week after visiting NYC and eating pizza there. I stopped by here to try this guy’s pizza. Best pizza I’ve ever had, hands down. Guy is super friendly and easy to talk to.

So glad to find authentic and delicious pizza here in the Springfield area.. it is amazing pizza made with fresh delicious ingredients- you can truly taste the difference! & you feel good after eating this pizza, no heaviness on the stomach like you often would feel from chain type establishments.

The owner here is clearly passionate about his craft, & knows pizza. I can’t wait to see this business grow and flourish.

Worth the wait! Adriano’s had been on our date night list for quite a while, and we finally made it happen. We tried both the Bianca and Margherita pizzas: The Margherita - the red sauce was rich and flavorful, bringing everything together beautifully. Simple but awesome. The Bianca had flavorful and fresh tomatoes along with just the right touch of olive oil—not too heavy, but full of flavor. The crust was the real highlight. Perfectly cooked with just the right amount of char—crispy and chewy. Overall: Great service, amazing pizza, and a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I have been searching for proper pizza since my move to MO and I have to say I have finally found authentic Neapolitan pie in the area!
Adriano sources real Italian ingredients to craft a perfectly balanced pie. My daughter and I got a Margarita pie and it was absolutely delicious and the flavors were spot on.
Amazing crust with just the right amount of chewiness and the right amount of charring made the crust a star in the mix.
The sauce is perfect with a little tang balanced out with its natural sweetness.
The Buffalo mozzarella is a perfect topping to a perfect pizza.
Let’s get Adriano enough local Neapolitan lovers to support his serious efforts. Maybe he can establish a brick and mortar location with a large wood or coal fired oven!!
