Food used to be varied more. No movies are really worth seeing in a theater these days. Not their fault. Bathrooms aren't clean. Overall not keeping the place up.

Love this place. The seats are so comfortable. The food has always been great and having this waiter service rocks!

Love this place ❤️❤️, used to think why even go to the theaters anymore when I can get cozy up in a bed, but now I just cant wait to go. Its like i discovered the joy of watching a movie again 🥰

We came here to watch The Lord of the Rings (Two Towers/Return of the King) after AMC cancelled their showings due to weather.
My family and I enjoyed this theater.
The good:
- Great seats
- Comfortable
- Good screen
- Bathroom was cleaner than most.
- The food is decent, not the best, but decent.
- Bottomless popcorn and drinks.
- The wait staff was great.
The needs work:
- Pricing is really steep for the quality of the food.
- 18% service fee is high and then expecting another high percentage tip on top of that is off putting.
- The sound needs some work, there were good moments but dialogue wasn't strong enough.

Overall, a good experience but next time, we probably won't be ordering food.

Very good food but an 18% service fee is crazy. They say it's to support fair wages but they can absolutely pay their employees. The food is very expensive but it's delicious, too.

I was double charged for the food we ordered 30.77. I wouldn't really care except someone changed the amount by a penny and proceeded to rerun the card for 30.76 after the first beverage charge. Its only $30 so its a small amount. However it shows character of the staff and the overall establishments character. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Make sure you watch your account if you go here. We will not be back.

Great experience. This is a revolutionary new style of movie theater.

I frequent this movie theater. Couple times a month with my friends. They have forever lost my business. We will never be back. The manager was kind when we spoke to her, but we will not be back. 30 minutes into the movie they asked us to leave because they claim we were late to the movie. The movie hadn't started when we walked into the theater. They insisted we leave anyway 30 minutes into the movie. My friends and I will find a new hang out spot and spend our money elsewhere.

WOWZA! I went to the Alamo for the first time for a charity event and I was blown away. The chairs were comfy, the food was delicious, the theatre WAS NOT COLD, and to top it all off Grace was a kind angel who stepped in when the billing system got a little funny with my card. I only go out when there's something I need to see (maybe 2x a year) but thanks to Grace I'm already planning to go back for Christmas

This is my family's favorite place to see movies! We love the popcorn!
