Food is good, but dang their prices just made it where we won't be back. 5 adults, a 6 yr old and a 3 yr old cost almost $140 and that was with 4 of us drinking water. The 3 yr old cost 9.99 and the 6 yr old was 11.99. They don't eat that much. Plus the kids drinks don't come with their meal. The kids drinks are the same price as the adults.

I noticed that there are 2 or 3 generic answers from the "owner"...but evidently you still haven't bent over 90° to even clean up the bathrooms....which if you really do read these remarks you are aware of.....until you fix the bathroom problems and I read about how nice and clean the bathrooms are....I'm out till then

They have the grossest bathrooms in all of Springfield I'm sure of it. Literally looks as though they haven't been cleaned in years, no exaggerating here. Blood and crap on the toilet seats, dirt and dust.
Lots my appetite as soon as I went in there, and makes one wonder, if they are willing to let their guests restrooms get that nasty, how's that kitchen looking?

We were really excited to try this place for this first time. We were a little disappointed but it’s still got the potential to be the best buffet in Springfield. The environment was friendly and welcoming and the service was warm and efficient.
A couple things we noted in our experience food wise: The hibachi chicken had a texture and consistency that made me question if it was chicken. There were flies landing on food in the salad bar We found hair in the pudding as if it had set and been served with it.

The customer service and selection was amazin, but the quality and the price was not. My partner and I love buffets so we like to try “new to us” ones. Reviews were pretty decent for here and the photos looked appealing. I got two plates of savory food and tried everything on the plates but the plates were still full when I set them to the side for desert. Typical deserts for a Chinese buffet and they were decent. When I saw the ticket I was kinda baffled..two adults and two waters on a Saturday for lunch was $38 and some change. $17 a person is crazy. If it’s for the hibachi included, I didn’t see a single person order anything the whole hour we were present and there were flies going crazy on the raw meat. I would take the price down and sell the hibachi if people pay to order it because that price is steep for the regular buffet items available. Was cool to try but won’t be returning.
