I want to start off by saying their food and shakes and drinks are great but So I thought I’m buying a drink and a frozen custard…. You know spending money and decide I wanted a tea as well and ask if I could sample the raspberry tea they straight up told me NOPE we don’t allow that. So I pay for it and it’s trash I’m stuck with it. Yeah wow. What a joke
I edit: manager did try to fix issue when I went to window to pick up order and said I can make you a large and if you don’t like we can get you a regular. I said I don’t like wasting drinks. If I don’t like it I don’t want a whole large tea thrown away. That was not the point. I said no I’m good i tried to say this all in the beginning when you wouldn’t allow me to just try it. Now that I’m irritated you want to fix it and all that. I was polite when asking and even when explaining in the beginning. Thanks for tryn to make it right.

We got the scoops of chocolate frozen custard in cones. Never had anything like this before or expected it to be so smooth and creamy. We really need something like this in the bay area, please come to silicon valley. You can charge more than double and people will still flock here.
Really good custard but this is the 2nd time I ordered a jackhammer and it was just a regular concrete! Just make sure you get what you ordered before you leave

The prices are ridiculous.. and my order was wrong the guy outside taking orders didn't listen and didn't put in on his tablet what i asked for i will never go back.. im so disappointed... I'll be real my slushy was way more satisfying than what I payed in comparison.. for 2 items it was a bit over $19. At Andy's.. I got a slushy that was satisfying and tasted great for $2. Next time I crave custard or ice-cream... it won't choose Andy's.. if I could give negative stars for lack of carring and listening skills I would
