It is a little expensive but the cashier was very nice and knowledgeable about the products on the menu. I had a very pleasant experience and would return again.Parking: There is room to park and sit outside and enjoy a cool breeze as you enjoy a cool dessert.Kid-friendliness: Kids can sit outside with parents or guardians and enjoy their dessert while catching a cool breeze and making good memories with friends and family.

Our GPS took us to HQ - haha. The gal coming down the stairs confirmed that there's no custard served at HQ. As I thanked her, she asked me to wait, and came back with coupons. We boogied over and enjoyed another iteration of this midwest treat, and it was *delicious*. Breakfast of champions!

Growing up in Springfield, Missouri, there were limited good frozen treats, but when Andy's Frozen Custard opened up, it changed so many lives. It is never just getting something delicious it is also an experience with all the lights, great customer service and depending on the time of year a cool refreshing treat in the hot months or get toasty by the heaters in the cooler months. It feels like getting a treat at the county fairgrounds minus the rides. The S. National Ave location is amazing and the history of the new and old building is so thoughtful of the owners. Well done.

First time we had been to this location. I love that they have taken the previous business signage and incorporated it here. Gives it a bit of nostalgia for those of us that have watched Springfield change since the 80's.The Apple Pie Concrete is what I wait for all year! (Add some caramel for an amazing concrete!)

They have a seasonal pumpkin pie concrete, which is a piece of pumpkin pie blended into vanilla frozen custard. I can just about make myself sick on these, they're so good.

A nice, sweet, cool treat. A bit spendy, but the venue is trendy! I need 85 characters, so here it comes - the service was great, second to none.

If you don't like Andy's, it is debatable whether or not we can be friends. I will question both your intent on this planet, as well as your basic humanity. Can you truly be of the goodly peoples and not enjoy frozen custard desserts? The place is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and they serve deliciousness with speed and accuracy. You naysayers take that evil elsewhere.Eat custard and be happy.

It's about $6.50-$7.00 for the smallest serving of a concrete or a sundae.I live very close by in a nearby apartment, and come here a lot alone. Here are my thoughts:- The fudge brownie sundae is nice. It would be better with less fudge. (4/5)- The key lime and pumpkin pie concretes taste like the real thing. But real pie is still better. (3.5/5)- The s'more's concrete could use more graham cracker and fudge. It doesn't taste like much. (3/5)- I could only get through half a small cup of each of them before getting overwhelmed. I like trying each seasonal flavor, but so far, wouldn't get any of them again except the brownie sundae (which isn't seasonal).I give most of the stars to the staff, who are young, friendly, and efficient.I can tell Andy's is popular here in Springfield.
