Amazing custard, great customer service and it's ready faster than you could ever imagine. However, this location is in an unsafe area and I won't be coming to this one ever again as seeing drug-addled people as the scenery to consuming our custard was disturbing to say the least.

I submitted an edit to rename this "Andy's Frozen Custard Corporate Office". I submitted another edit to change the category from "Dessert shop" to "corporate office". It's not rocket science.

Despite the name, no frozen custard is in fact sold here. It's an office for Andy's Frozen Custard. Make it more clear that there's no delicious treats here.
Was having issues with the Andy’s App. Called the main office in Springfield and spoke with Madison. Got an email the next day from her saying the IT techs were working on it but she gave me a treat and when I went to the Andy’s on state line and was able to open the app and use the treat bonus to get my weekend treat. Ice cream only on weekends for this old guy?Thanks Andy’s ?

Andy's is wonderful. But whenever you use Google maps and search for Andy's, do not go to this particular location. It is not an actual ice cream parlor. It is their corporate office. So the location and hours of operation are not accurate!

When you find yourself going to get custard in 7 degree weather, the product MUST be good! Haha!We love the product! It's always consistent! There are many combinations to try! For the most part, the staff has been very cheery and friendly!
