Was having issues with the Andy’s App. Called the main office in Springfield and spoke with Madison. Got an email the next day from her saying the IT techs were working on it but she gave me a treat and when I went to the Andy’s on state line and was able to open the app and use the treat bonus to get my weekend treat. Ice cream only on weekends for this old guy?Thanks Andy’s ?

Andy's is wonderful. But whenever you use Google maps and search for Andy's, do not go to this particular location. It is not an actual ice cream parlor. It is their corporate office. So the location and hours of operation are not accurate!

When you find yourself going to get custard in 7 degree weather, the product MUST be good! Haha!We love the product! It's always consistent! There are many combinations to try! For the most part, the staff has been very cheery and friendly!

Always an amazing ice cream stop. If you haven't tried this place it's a must. Roasted pecans, chocolate, carmel, brownies, add whatever you fancy.

The store located at 435 and state line road kcmo is disgusting the one girl was digging receipts from the trash and passed them on to another kid and then she grabbed a cone and made my ice cream cone I asked her if she knew what washing her hands was so she threw the cone away and washed her hands then went and started pouring vanilla cream into a machine so the guy who was running the drive through after handling money came and made my cone I assked him if he knew anything about hand washing he just slammed the window in my face and went and started making orders no gloves and no hand washing THESE PEOPLE ARE NASTY AND DISGUSTING AND PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD... Stay Away from. This store...

Although to start off I'm going to say that I am lactose intolerant. I don't even consider that when I see an Andy's. Although my body tells me no I just can't stop myself!! It's just so good. I always get a caramel sundae! Love in the moment and get some Andy's!!

DELICIOUS. Now I understand the constant crowd outside Andy's. We got the Bootdaddy and the James Brownie Jackhammer.. I finished mine so fast I couldn't even get a photo of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. They had our order ready the second we got to the window.
