Applebee's Grill + Bar

Asked for parm sauce with the honey pepper chicken and no bacon what's so ever. Got my food it had bacon on it I said I asked for no bacon they said I'll fix that for you so sorry. Waitress asked how food was I said sent mine back due to having bacon on it and she said she will check on it. Hadn't been 2 mins and they brought it back in a bowl. I'm pretty sure they replaced it because still had bacon on it and I didn't realize that until I had a couple bites. This is not okay at all I could of been allergic to the bacon. I would save your money and not go!

Set for 30 minutes no server finely ordered drinks and appetizer waited 10 more minutes no drinks or appetizer we left

Our server was the best! She was holding the whole restaurant down on her own and plus the bartender! However my husband's food was nice and hot and sizzly, mine was cold. The server did take my plate back to the cooks and had them cook my order again! Now that steak and potatoes was perfect!

Our waitress brought our appetizers with our meal instead of before, the food was poor we ordered chicken and it was bone dry. The waitress then gave us our check as she gave us our food before even asking if we want desserts and had the gaul to stand over our shoulder as we looked at the recipt and said out loud "I will stand over your shoulder while you check that" on top of all that the waiter was only 20 and was serving drinks WITHOUT ASKING FOR ID!!!

Yuck food for too much money, over $30 for 2 plates of mac n cheese thas taste like alfredo with 3 struck tenders on top and sweet bacon ???🤮, no thanks ! Never again. Server was nice tho

Not the best Applebee's we have been to. Service was OK wings were over cooked and not much sauce on them. The Pretzels had no salt on them. The mozzarella sticks were way over cooked overall appetizers were a disappointment. Steak tasted sour but they did credit it back.

We stopped going to Applebee's years ago due to continued disappointment. We went for lunch today and our meal was outstanding as was the service! We look forward to making it one of our regular places again!!

I lived in Springfield a little over 2 years and when not out of town working, I was a regular, everyday regular. The staff is awesome, management, servers, bartenders, hostess, everyone.....I never had a complaint about food, service or atmosphere. You guys keep up the good work and I can't wait to swing through there and see y'all.

Service was a little slower, this time... Steaks were a tad over-cooked... Broccoli was cold... Otherwise, it was like normal... Still did not need steak sauce for the steaks!!!

I got the chicken with shrimp and mashed potatoes... chicken was dry, and the shrimp was rubbery. Usually my favorite meal but was extremely disappointed.

Decent food. Quality service. As we all know when you go to a chain restaurant you know what you're going to get and it's not going to be quality but it will be consistent
