This is the last time I’ll be visiting Applebees. Of all the times I’ve visited, I haven’t had one positive experience. We were given the wrong sides which was never corrected even after reminding the staff. The food was very bland and cold. I also ordered a fettuccine Alfredo to go. When I got home, I was given a Parmesan fettuccine that barely had Alfredo on it

Came here with my cousin on a girl’s day. Everything started out great. Service was amazing and food tasted awesome. We ordered our food and a few more groups came in. We waited and waited. The 2 groups that arrived before us (a group of 2 and a group of 3) got their food way before us, despite us waiting longer. We weren’t even acknowledged until about 30 minutes after she took our order. I waited with an empty drink for about 20 minutes. She acknowledged other tables beside us and behind us, but never once checked in on us. Once she let us know that the food was finally on it’s way, she forgot my sauce, then took another ridiculously long time getting it. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. Such a waste of time and money. What a joke.

My family of 5 was immediately sat down as there were only 3 other tables sat and only 2 people at the bar. There was a roach on the back side of the waitress stand by our table. The manager was nice enough to offer us 50 percent off of our bill for that and let us know someone would he out to spray. I let him know that wouldn’t be necessary. We waited an hour for 4 steaks and a salad and half of our appetizers came late. 2 of the steaks were completely raw on the inside and one was completely charred and burnt. We didn’t eat our food and immediately asked for the bill. The waitress asked if we wanted any box’s and we declined and said our food wasn’t accurate and we would just go get fast food. $78.00 later and a waste of over an hour of time. Would highly not recommend going there. Zero stars if I could. We all left feeling nauseous and completely disappointed.

Never been to this location. But the service wasn’t that great, our area that we were sat in got pretty busy once we got our drinks. But then we received our entrees BEFORE the appetizers, no refills on drinks. Then AFTER we finished our entrees. We got our appetizers. I know it can get busy at times and servers always try to get the biggest tip from bigger groups. But I would’ve gave her at least 20% but she forgot about us. At one point someone else noticed our drinks were empty and refilled them and she then decided to bring us a refill and ended up giving it to someone else. All guests should be treated the same no matter how many people are seated.
