I was just there for lunch with my daughter, the waitress was very friendly and accommodating escorting us to our table however once our orders were made the problems happened which I can list to keep things fair and orderly.1. Our wait time between being checked on was very long. It took 45 minutes for one hors d’oeuvres to share between us, (which was fabulous Fabulous!) with in 5 minutes our main course was served. My daughter loved her Alfredo, however i ordered a steak medium, I want them very pink and it was tough as jerky! Which leads to the other problem, I think there eas a grill issue.2. While we sat right next to the walkway into the galley, both of us were getting shrill/shreiking whistling going off in both of our ears followed by pressure building so high it felt as if my ear drums were about to pop, same way with my daughter. It was all we could do to stay.I have to say this was the weirdest, freakiest trip to the restaurant I have ever had! I’m sure others who were there at the same time would concur with me.All my best wishes Denise

Took my mother in law to early dinner. Ordered 2 for 21 was a big mistake. The appetizer onion rings were burnt, onion inside almost disintegrated. When we got our burgers 45 minutes later fries were cold and hard, burger had no flavor, dry, edges were like charcoal. The bun was completely black. The only enjoyment we had was the waitress was kind and considerate.

The hostess sat us at a table where the server wasnt even there yet. It was 30 minutes before someone came over to take our drink orders. Another 30 minutes before someone took our food order. The food finally came and it was wrong. Sad thing is it wasnt even busy.

I normally don't leave comments but last night was pretty bad all the way around.First, we got there just before 8pm. We were told 15 - 20 minute wait which I found very odd because I could see SEVERAL tables cleaned and ready to go. We took the wait anyway because we were getting tired.At around 20 minutes we walked back in, talked to a different employee this time. Gave him my name and he got a strange look on his face and said "I can seat you right now" ((I never got a text telling me a table was ready))We get seated, I watch for 10 minutes while our waitress tries to juggle just two tables, clearly having trouble. She finally walks up to us nearly out of breath and asks if we had been helped yet...I'm sorry but she's the only waitress in our section, who else would have helped us???? At one point she literally forgot she had already helped us and started to give us menus. (She only had three tables by this point) Moving on. Through a LOT of waiting on her to return with drinks and to take our order we finally got our food. Now let me be as clear as I can here, MY FOOD WAS BARELY WARM...AND MISSING OTHER PORTIONS. The sauce on my pasta had cooled to the point it was more of a glue holding the pasta together. My dates food was the same, she couldn't even eat half of it. The waitress told me the rest of my meal was in the oven and would be out shortly.Well, shortly never came and we ate what we could, paid and happily left. The entire experience took over an hour and 20 minutes. Never again. How can a restaurant that's been in business for so long be so poorly operated???

Food was good, however, our waiter left without giving us the ticket. What ruined the experience was the manager. We waited for 45 minutes, and the manager wouldn’t help us out at all. She would look our way but ignored our table. She had a bad attitude and was stand offish. She even ignored my boyfriend when he asked for her help. We finally had a waiter help our table that was the only way to get this manager’s attention.

Wish I could give zero stars. Food was mediocre at best. Staff was very rude. My food came in a timely manner. However my daughters food came over an hour later and it was disgusting. She got wings and they tasted like they had sat in oil for 10 minutes before frying. The last 2 times I've been here I have been very upset. I do not recommend this place unless you're going there for the bar.

I normally love Applebees, and I'm not a bratty guest either. I tip well and I don't make a big fuss about having to wait or hold it against anyone. We came in on a Friday night, so it was pretty busy and I wasn't in a rush. But after waiting an hour for our food, when it came out it was burnt. The chicken and my girlfriend's burger. My guess is that they forgot our ticket, and rushed to get the food out. Neither of us touched it, I just politely asked to pay for our appetizer so we could leave. Well, we waited another 20-30 minutes for them to bring us the check. The waitress said management was supposed to come over and talk to us and they never did. I'm disappointed in the way this was handled. I highly suggest everyone go to the other location over by Target. They're a lot faster and friendlier.
