It took so long waiting at the front door by the time they seated us we kept asking if we could sit in a booth and she just ignored us once she took us to our table she finally answered and she and I quote said not there is just two of you you guys do not need to sit in a booth and said we will be fine right where she put us she was so rude I won’t be coming back

We had a party of 7. Service was par. The food sucked! Hamburger was bland, over cooked, wilted lettuce, cold fries. Out of 7 guests only one person was pleased with their meal. 2/22 6:30pm

Food was terrible. We boycotted Applebee's for many years but tried the one in Nixa about a year ago and were impressed. We always get the same thing and it has always been good at the Nixa location. We were shopping in Springfield and tried the East Primrose location. I ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders as I always do. It came out and had no chicken tenders but instead there were tiny pieces of chicken chunks. There was very little sauce or color and looked nothing like the picture or what I've ordered many times. Some of the chunks didn't even contain chicken but only fried batter. The noodles were undercooked and dry with hardly and sauce as well. My wife ordered the tacos from the appetizer menu and had to spit out half the chicken due to it containing a bunch of gristle.

We will not be returning to this location but will be going back to Nixa. I can't express how disappointing this dining experience was, especially for charging $17.95 per plate. I DO NOT recommend the Applebee's at 1855 E Primrose. Go anywhere else if you want good food and not what appears to be the leftovers that they threw on a plate.

Not coming to this location again. First, the guy that was taking names for the list told us it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Second, the waitress was really slow, forgot to bring me a drink, and then we ended up waiting for an hour just for the check and boxes. During this period she didn’t come by our table once. I ended up having to ask another waitress. The food was ok, but they did get my kids order wrong. Would have asked to speak to the manager but was worried it would take another hour.

We ordered to go food- chicken quesadillas with extra pico. The extra pico had an additional charge, which we paid, however there was barely any filling in there. Cost saving measures is another thing, but this is ripping customers off. Disappointing.

Jason was awesome! Very nice guy. The margaritas were perfect and food was hot. Jason did an amazing job and everyone was working good together. Always satisfied.

Do not recommend the sirloin steak. It was so tough, and I ordered a med rare. It was cooked good, flavor was good, but man, it was far from tender. There was too much gristle. I hate complaining, and we waited so long I didn't bother to ask them to fix it.

I wouldn’t feed this food to a stray dog I found on the side of the road. I will probably retire before I get the rest of my order. This is obviously my fault for even considering eating at an Applebees but for some reason I keep traumatizing myself with these terrible and disgusting experiences. Do yourself a favor and support a local business and put these terrible chain restaurants out of business. Their time has come and gone. Bury them next to TGI FRIDAYS AND RUBY TUESDAYS.

My Wife and I went in here for a meal to spend a $15 gift card that we received for a to-go order that was wrong. She wanted to go in here and sit down and have a meal so we went in against my better judgment and I ordered a steak that was supposed to have a topping on it and it came out without the topping. It was also supposed to be sizzling when it came out and it was not. The Wife’s order was chicken nuggets and pasta, and the nuggets were overcooked, besides having to wait forever for the order, we ordered dessert and they came back and told us they had no ice cream for the dessert. Seriously who has desserts with no ice cream since all their desserts included ice cream? Well, I asked them if they would take off a few dollars for the dessert without ice cream and they said no unfortunately we don’t do that so this will be the last time we will eat at this Applebee’s.

Had dinner here for a friend’s birthday the other night with Alissa as our server and was phenomenal!! Great to chat with and great at her job even when we might have made it more difficult than it needed to be!
