If I could give them 100 stars today I would! The food was great and their service even better. My daughter was screamed at by another patron telling her to shut my granddaughter up and get her to stop screaming. She's 9 months and was squealing in joy. My daughter was completely lost, confused and started crying after I told the lady to shut up and sit down. Every employee came to her aid including the manager. Every patron in the restaurant as they left told her they were sorry for the treatment and that they weren't bothered at all! One of them even paid for our meal. I can't tell everyone that came to her aid how much that meant to her!! Thank you everyone that was kind to us!

The steak was by far the best steak I have eaten since Doe Eats on N. Glenstone may you RIP. The chef here isn’t going anywhere, and he knows the Ribeye Steak. I swear to Jesus… it was off the chizzaaaiiian!
Now about the Touchtunes. Almost all popular black artist in this particular locations music selection was blacklisted?!?!?

This really bothered me… it did… enough to ask the owners to change the music selection…. PLEASE STOP BLACKLISTING THE BLACK ARTIST! Why? It literally kills it for any multi cultured visitor loooking to use your touch tune services. Why have a jukebox if your not allowing black artist? That’s weird.
Please change.

The food took a very long time considering there were only 3 tables during dinner. Once served, the waitress told us that the soup wasn’t ready because it was still frozen. I got nachos and the nachos were cold. My wife got an appetizer thing and it was gross so she didn’t eat it. My baby cried for a second, so I took him out to the front area outside where my boy played with the wet floor sign for a minute (nobody in sight) and the bartender came out and snatched the wet floor sign away from my boy and started to “teach me” about the law and liability. The floor wasn’t wet at all. Meanwhile the staff were huddled up having friend time the whole time while the manager sat at a table scrolling through her phone. There is a reason it was dead in there. It sucks in so many ways.

Getting dated and food was so so for me. I had a omg burger and about 5 fries.. seems like a recipe created by a deranged person. Not a good fit for me

We had an amazing waiter his name was Xavier, he was very helpful, kind and funny made the experience very enjoyable. Checked to see if everything was good for us. He was very sweet and we will go back again. The food was delightful, the new O-M-Cheeseburger was amazing. Absolutely deserves an amazing review.

⭐ 0 Star – Absolutely Awful Experience
This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at Applebee’s.
It took 30 minutes just to get an apple juice for my grandson, which is unacceptable. Our food took over an hour and a half to come out, and when it finally did, it was a complete disappointment.
We ordered the new O M Cheeseburger, and it was burnt to the skillet — not just overcooked, but literally stuck and charred. Completely inedible.
To make matters worse, the manager had a smart, dismissive attitude instead of trying to resolve the situation or even apologize. Poor service, poor food, and poor management.
We won’t be back, and I definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone — especially families.

Came in to racist rap noise blaring, after being given dirty looks and no help we left. This location is useless
The place was probably 25% full when we arrived around 745 pm. I do understand places cut servers as workflow slows down but from what I could tell, there was still 6 on the clock.
Hostess was the one who appeared to be working the hardest, shortly after seating us politely, she was over bussing tables, sweeping keeping plenty busy.
Our server, while polite, shows up around 15 minutes or so later. We debated leaving prior to her arrival but thought, well we are seated let’s just see what happens.
Takes our drink order, a solid 20 mins go by and our waters finally arrive with 2 sodas so 4 drinks total. The table next to us was served food but yet they had no silverware, so they were waiting on that. So, 10 more minutes go by after our drinks and the table next to us gets silverware ( I’m guessing food’s cold by then)
So, she takes our order then disappears again.
When the food arrivals, the queso was cold, chips oily and greasy still, like they’ve been in a bag for a while. Queso watered down so that was when we should have left.
Food arrived, 1 OMG burger as the commercials we see on TV makes you want to eat there. Cold burger and no cheese on the faijita plate like you see on TV. So that was a major let down.
Ordered 2 grilled cheese burgers, they were at least warm but nothing to brag about. Cheese wasn’t melted but burger was at least cooked. Then finally had the Mac n cheese with honey chicken strips. Noodles way overcooked and ice cold. Chicken strips while crunchy, lukewarm at best in the middle. Cooked but obviously sitting in the delivery window for quite a long time.
Bottom line, I already completed the survey they give you with the receipt and did not want the money off coupon. I’m not writing this either for a free meal too.
My suggestion, spend less in advertising, hire better qualified managers to train servers and definitely hire a quality control cook or secret shoppers to try at random times because if food quality and service is like this at other locations, I’m surprised you all are still in business.
Cheddars across the street, while always on a wait, is night and day difference in customer service and food quality, but we already ate there this week so we tried Applebees.
Now I remember why we haven’t visited there in 2 years.
I hope the Owners read this as constructful criticism and really take a deep dive look at how it’s operating, food quality and overall service. Again, I’m not looking for a free meal or refund, just haven’t been disappointed like this in quite a while.
