It is extremely annoying to order a French dip and get home to find they didn't put the aju sauce in the bag. This has happened to me multiple times at this location over the last few years.

I really liked this Arby’s! Our food came out super quickly and was hot/fresh. Honestly some of the better Arby’s i’ve had. The employees were friendly and helpful and the service was quick. The bathrooms and the rest of the restaurant were actually the cleanest Arby’s i’ve ever seen. I’d come here again! I got some modifications on my sandwich and they were all correct too, which some locations have struggled with in the past.
The employees are always friendly. The food is always good. For fast food it's never been greasy. We'll eat here again.

Probably cleanest bathrooms in Arby's I've ever been in, friendly courteous staff, food? recieved hot fresh and good. However, bring the tator cakes back full time, they stand by themselves.

Visited the Kearney Street location in Springfield MO today. I walked in to a clean and tidy restaurant. The manager Will was extremely helpful with me in choosing a great lunch! All the employees were professional and smiling which is always welcoming. Ten of ten I will definitely be back! Bravo!
