I don't get Arby's often but when I have the food has usually been really good. But this time I ordered a wrap and the price was a little higher than I thought, not a big deal but when I get to the window dude handed me a drink. I thought well maybe they put a meal in and that's why the price was a bit more then I thought it was but I paid got my receipt and it wasn't the meal they made a mistake and handed me a drink. No big deal right? No the kid who brought my food to me cussed me for grabbing a drink they handed me. They can't give that drink to anyone it's already been in my possession but anyways kid cussed me. Rude and disgusting behavior.
Well update I came back tonight literally been at least a year, and the guy at the window was so rude. He practically threw our bag of food into our vehicle didn’t say a word to us either. ARBYS I don’t know what’s going on with your employees but damn customer service is non existent at this Location. Also this was a completely different guy at the window.
I’m not here about the food it’s Arby’s I got what I paid for but Saturday 10/12 night shift cook you are the shit your attitude was great when pressed I don’t know your name brother but we talked at my table you my friend deserve a manager spot hands down keep it up my friend people will notice thanks a very impressed customer

One of the better Arby's to eat at. Just be prepared for a little extra wait time in the drive through, it is Branson and that happens all over town.
Love, love, love that potato cakes are back! Drive thru order at lunch but not a long wait. Friendly service. Great roast beef & the limited-time brisket and I can't say it enough potato cakes!!!! Plenty of sauces and ketchup in our bag too-i appreciate that at a drive-thru.
