I have a brother that is Disable and he can take over an hour to eat. Other places we have eaten, we were always told to take our time. We have done 8a-11a for breakfast at Hardee's at Battlefield and Kansas Express with friends in wheelchairs since we visited afterwards too without being frowned upon. Today 2/23/2025 I drop my brother and girlfriend here at 1130a Arby's at Republic Road and Kansas Express they ordered there food around 1142a. I told my girlfriend I was heading to help my Accountings with his car battery issue at Fort and Battlefield around noon. I left the parking lot at 1202p. Got my Accountings car started and back to his house near Walnut Lawn and Kansas Express around 1240p. I gave my brother another 20 min to eat in case he wasn't finished. Went inside to initial and signed my tax return. My Accountings girlfriend said my girlfriend called saying Arby's wants them to leave they have been there for almost 3 hours. I left my Accountings house and got to Arby's. I went in and asked why my disabled brother was being kicked out. I was told by a supervisor or manager that they only allow customers 30 minutes to eat and had to leave per their policy. She said she allowed my brother to be there for almost 3 hours. After 2 hour and 30 min she said she told my girlfriend they had 30 minutes to contact an uber, friends or parents or they will have to contact the cops. There were probably 2 other customers there at that time so inside was pretty slow. I was confused and wasn't expecting that reply. I asked for the policy notice sign because it wasn't at the door as I walked in. The supervisor lady said it wasn't posted it's just their policy. It was my fault for ditching them there at Arby's, I did not know I needed to justify my life outside of Arby's to be a customer at Arbys. I tried to take a picture of the Supervisor around 142p but she turned away. I was probably there for 15 min trying to understand the reason before even thinking of taking a picture for this post. There was another staff member at the counter trying to justify her Supervisor too. The supervisor said there was no need for pictures as they had cameras to show what happened. My brother and girlfriend weren't being loud or rude or anything. I have no idea if stuff is still happening nowadays. Hope they have the recording and someone can get a copy of it to make this Arby's famous if they are in the wrong. Reminder this was from my perspective and how they replied to me made every thought I had even worse. There were no sour words thrown by the Arby's staff. I told them I did not have any illness or sourness towards them, just their policy. My Accounting and his girlfriend were surprised and confused too. I asked strangers on the street about it and they were shocked. Again this was from my perspective, I'm hoping this is more of a communication error and they just failed to explain themselves properly. I reported this to Arby's Online, I don't know if they will see it and correct the issue. We will probably just avoid this Arby's from now on.

Reuben was great. Double meat beef and cheddar was a bit skimpy on the cheddar. I asked for horsey sauce. Got 3. I know the economy is tough but please. Otherwise the food was great.

This was my first time going to that Arby's was very disappointed went through the drive-thru and when the woman came to the she said hey dude I thought that was very disrespectful I would never go back here again this was on Tuesday January 28 overall Davis disrespectful in sound and tone

They said there was only 2 of them because of the weather at 1pm 1/5/2025 it was cold and wet not snowing she said that i had to wait for fresh French fries watching 8 other cars go through the drive thru then my fries where cold the couldn't even fold the bag shut

Drive thru order was lukewarm, no condiments (even though they are itemized on the receipt), no napkins. When I went inside to ask for fresh french fries the staff was obviously annoyed by the request…. Not a banner experience.

I hate to hammer anyone here, but the Arby's on Republic Road did NOT impress me.
I should have suspected something was up when no one else was in the lobby or drive-thru. My fries were cold, my ah jus was "off", and the floors were sticky. All in all, NOT a good day at Arby's.

The Turkey Bacon Ranch & the Smokehouse Brisket are a steal of a meal. You can't find a better sandwich for twice the price. The bread company & the sub ways can't compete for the price. And they get my order right. Bring back the potato cakes!!

Rude staff, cold fries, spoiled stinky cheddar cheese. Beef sandwich was ok but very little meat. Too many bad experiences at this location, gonna cross it off my list for good. It’s never busy for a reason!

I won't leave you with one star! This was my cold pretty ruff apple turnover! Highly disappointed it was cold felt like it sat a while and hard / crunchy! Not warm fluffy pillow of apples ! Frosting fell off like it sat a while! Bummer . Do better please for the people!

Front counter staff is friendly but not exactly accommodating or efficient. The food is bad. I'm not sure if the quality of Arby's itself has gone downhill over the past five years, or if this location just serves poorly prepared food. Both times I've eaten here the food was disappointing. Curly fries were flavorless and way too crisp. Sandwiches were soggy and smashed.

Ordered the same sandwich I've been ordering for years at other locations and they all seem to get it right except this one. They used to have a market fresh roast beef and Swiss in the menu but took it off. But you can still order it if they know how to put it in. I ordered this with just mayo for the sauce and I get it with the wrong cheese. Barely any roast beef on the sandwich, it wasn't cut in half like they're supposed to and instead of putting the mayo on the sandwich they just got lazy and threw mayo packets in my bag. I'm sorry but if I wanted to sit in my car and make a sandwich I would have brought it from home. The point of going to a fast food restaurant is for you to make the food not me. When I told them they got it wrong the lady looked at me like I had two heads. Told her they barely put any meat on the sandwich and she argued with me that it was the standard amount. Umm no it's not. I've ordered this sandwich hundreds of times and this was the first time it was lacking the same amount of meat. I won't be back to this location. They have no idea what they're doing.
