Got drive thru tonight. Hubby ordered and asked for a lot of sauce for two meals. People were kind and polite, we were kind and polite, asked at window if sauce was in the bag, gentleman said he put it in.
Got 1 packet of Arby's sauce and 2 packets of horsey sauce. For two combos lol.
Asked for Coke and was given diet on both.
Barely any cheddar on my sandwich, normally it's oozing out and great, this was a sad piddly dollop that perhaps would be good if this had been a kids meal, but this was their 1/2 lb.
We've gone here a few times over the last year and every time it's a very poor experience in terms of order accuracy - I've always chalked it up to them being busy, new people, etc but after tonight it's clear they rude. You don't mess up the entire order and give one packet of sauce for two 1/2 lb combos lol.
It's clear my love of Arby's is not reciprocated so I'll just stop trying to make it work and bid my delicious sandwiches a fond Adieu!

I probably won't get the bogo offer again. Their Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich didn't look quite as awesome as the menu picture but, at least it tasted great 👍
