I gotta say, when you order their temporary special bacon cheese fries and they put it in a roast beef box, open your flatware package and take out the fork so you have to eat it with a spoon? I respect the effort put in to not put forth effort. B+

Springfield Arby's have great locations! This trip was to the Campbell Street location. Walked into a clean restaurant and was greeted by an older gentleman named Wesley. He was very prompt and professional in taking the order. As well, he was very friendly. There was a great interaction between the employees which was very refreshing. It is a well run store. The food was hot and fresh and it was no problem when I wanted crinkle fries with no salt. We were checked on while...

Food was acceptable. One Staff overly optionated with small talk, and other lady worker running around doing the job of three people. Just wanted to have lunch and relax. Willing to try them again.
