I don't even know how to describe how incredible the food is! Every dish we ordered was subtly uniquely and perfectly and delicately flavored. Service and atmosphere was top notch too. I would say this is one of Springfield's finest restaurants.

Our food was excellent! We had some rolls, nigiri, the tuna cigars, and shishito peppers. Service was spectacular, I cannot recall our server’s name but he was very attentive and also gave us time/space to order without pressure. My cocktails and my husband’s beers were delicious. Definitely a splurge for us but the specialness of the food, presentation and great service lived up to the price point.Kid-friendliness: I would not take a younger child. Went with my family, had 3 kids with us. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. This is a must try place for everyone! Our server Raphael was excellent, it was our first time here and he took the time to explain everything on the menu. Will be back.
The best restaurant by far in Springfield , I ve been to so far. The atmosphere is fancy, elegant, and romantic. The only thing I would change is make the music a little quieter. I ordered prime steak, it was cooked to perfection. Also I ordered Caesar salad, it’s one of the best salads I ve ever tried. My husband ordered Negitoro sushi, it was delicious. Food in this place is incredible and super flavorful. Also service was amazing. Waiters did their best. I would 100% recommend this place , for a romantic dinner or a business meeting.

Big thank you to Ariake for hostingy bday party!! I was contacted several times before my event to get a headcount, make sure the table was set up the way I wanted, etc. The big room had a fireplace and they were very accommodating to our huge group of 20 (and 20 very picky/high maintenance people! Lol!). Food came out very quick considering our group size, and the wait staff even cut up our cake and served it for us. Every single person at the table said it was one of the best meals they had ever eaten. No complaints whatsoever! Huge shoutout to Logan who was our main server for the night. He was such a delight and made the party more fun! Highly recommend having your event at Ariake!

All fives seems naive. But truly deserved. They built a beautiful place (NYC worthy in SGF, MO), have two great bartenders in Paul and Derrick, owner did a flyby, music (a bit SOBE from 2010 but still cool), lighting right, sushi bar amazing. I'm done. If you haven't been, you are missing out. Admittedly, I waited too long.

Ariaka was a true experience. The food was fantastic and our waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu . We ordered a few starters & enjoyed all the sushi suggested! We will definitely return.
