Arris Pizza Springfield

Arris is my favorite pizza, hands down. However, we showed up at 1:47 today, a Sunday, and were turned away because they were closing from 2:00-5:00. I was unaware of the afternoon closure, no big deal I guess. But when I asked if we could place a to-go order instead, the young man leaning on the counter with his phone in the kitchen said, “no”.
As we were going back to the car, two other parties, unaware of the afternoon closing, were also turned away.
Will I go back for that delicious pizza another time? Absolutely. Just disappointed with today’s experience at Arris.

This is pretty good, if it is your style. It's Greek, which is sort of an STL or Chicago thing type pizza. Moderately think crust, not cracker thin, but not fluffy. We have had 3 similar in the area and this one falls in the middle. Spot in Branson 7.6, Spot down by the tracks 7.4 and this one a 7.5.

Nobody answers the phone during business hours. No online ordering. Weird way to run a business.

My favorite pizza in Springfield. Love the Wednesday Facebook Special every week is a different speciality pizza on sale. Now I try pizza that would not be my 1st choice I have discovered new favorites in the process

I enjoyed Arris Pizza in past years but the quality has been declining recently. Tonight was the final experience. For the price paid here I don’t expect to get a ‘take and bake’ pizza, especially if a ‘crispy’ pizza is specifically ordered. Couldn’t even slide it out of the box to finish baking it. Pathetic!

First time trying out the place and we were disappointed. The pepperoni pizza did not even taste like pepperoni but like Italian sausage. Not sure if it's something in the sauce or seasoning. The server was nice and professional but the food quality is not good.

Blown away by the customer service and some of the best, if not the best, pizza in Springfield.

Restaurant was super clean and the service was fast and very pleasant. The young man that served us had a great attitude. The food was phenomenal. I got the the bruschetta pizza and I couldn't have picked a better one. Everything turned out great and even the drink price special was pretty awesome.
