Poor service from the cashier. Male, blond hair with glasses. Didn’t acknowledge me when I came up( acknowledge the other party that was behind me). Threw the bag with my food inside of it and didn’t respond when I said” thank you”. He was rude overall

I asked young man if the product was cooked within the hour. He assured me it had. But product was cold and tough on top of bread being burnt. Wasted $9

Incredible addictive pretzels. Great for any meal of the day. Did I mention addictive did I mention overwhelming butter?

Trayanna h had a terrible attitude super rude she stayed texting on her phone while she was taking my order and she started the next order before she even finished my transaction like pushing me off not offering my receipt. She rubbed her nose and didn’t have gloves on touching the food. All the kid employees were on their phones and there was a huge line. It’s awfully rude and disrespectful at your place of work to put your texting ahead of doing your job.

Battlefield Mall store in Springfield, MO refused to take my order due to a backlog of free pretzel redemptions. The employees here are so dismissive and lazy that I wonder how this location stays in business, let alone participate in National Pretzel Day.

Felt entirely unimportant as customer. Impulse purchase which im sure will.control next time. Cashier was thoroughly unimpressive, had to ask for a straw for my frozen drink. Hope the mall has customer service

Today wanted to get a pretzel for my mother. They said that the wait would be 12 min that’s it. I said okay I’ll wait just let me know when the Pretzels are ready. So 12 min went by the Pretzel’s became available and then they said you need to go back in line. Now the line is by the Jewelry store. The expectation was not set that I would have to get back in line. And now if I did I wouldn’t even know if I can get a the Pretzel. There was no understanding. I even ask the lady in that’s next if I could purchase a pretzel before her because I waited the 12 min for this pretzel she said it was okay then the manger and employee stated they still couldn’t sell me the Pretzel unless I get back in the line which is now longer! I have never heard anything like this in my life. Worst customer service ever! Worst Manger I ever encountered.

I had the worst experience. The man who was taking our order had the worst attitude, he constantly rolled his eyes and head. The pretzel my grandmother got was old, stale, and dry, she told that to the man. He then ignored her and went to the next costumer. He didn’t offer a new or even apologize. I’m never coming back unless that man is fired. He wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he had brown hair half up, this happened around 4 pm on 08/17/21

The employees at this branch were extremely rude and had terrible customer service. They rolled their eyes and huffed when asked to make a bucket of pretzels...which is their job! They acted as though we were bothering them with our order. They also charged my card though I cancelled my order due to their terrible attitudes. Will NEVER return. It’s a shame to have rude employees costing a sale during these uncertain times.

Aunt Annie is lovely. Her restaurant is home cooking and she is always so glad to make you feel at home. Cold beer, a variety of cigars in the back, CBD infused drinks and desserts, it’s a great establishment. Aunt Annie knows how to make you feel at home. The workers all look like they stepped out of Wood Stock, and they smell like incense. The typical crowd at this place will reminds you of a Vietnam protest and will welcome you. I can’t recommend this place enough.
