Amazing staff, food and always giving back to the community,
I just discovered this place after living here 4 1/2 years and now have a new favorite restaurant in Springfield. What a gem. The food, the ambiance, and the servers are all top-notch. My friend, who is gluten-free and vegetarian, had so many choices that it was hard for her to decide. I lived in Atlanta for over 50 years and there isn't a restaurant there that I can think of that I like better than the Aviary. I've been twice in six days and have plans to go again in May. Aviary Cafe has been our favorite restaurant for years, and usually have great food and service. 1/13 we waited 30 minutes for a table, 20 minutes at least before our order was taken, also seated next to the door in freezing temperatures. We finally convinced our parents to join us on this day as we were celebrating a birthday. They had never been.
