Was so grateful when I was able to order a king cake with very short notice. She had it ready the next day, still warm out of the oven! I ordered a jumbo which easily fed 20! My coworkers said this was easily the best king cake they had ever had. Soooooo good, and legit! I ordered the bananas foster&chocolate filling combo. She even included a little crown for the baby-finder! 10/10 recommend and will be back!

The vibe: like you've stepped into an Olde World bakery.

The food: superb! I have had many treats from here and have always been satisfied with the quality. I am particularly looking forward to the fruitcake, this time of year. In the spring, she makes paczki (for those of you fellow Michigan Polish) and it tastes just like my childhood.

The classes: So much fun! Engaging, entertaining and delicious.

The website: easy to navigate, makes ordering a breeze.

After extensive research, I located a bakery in Springfield, Missouri, that offers freshly baked Panettone bread. I made a special trip to Springfield solely to purchase this bread for Christmas. Upon entering the bakery, I observed the panettone loaves. The baker approached and informed me that the loaf I had picked might be sold out, subsequently taking it from my hands to verify its availability. Receiving confirmation, I proceeded to purchase the loaf, which I spent a considerable amount on. Once home, I decided to try it before Christmas. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the bread. It was excessively dry, the fruit pieces were sparse, and the flavor was lacking. This experience was particularly disappointing given the bakery’s high reputation and the time and money invested in this trip to Springfield. I strongly advise against visiting this bakery.

This is a pop up bakery that only sells for holidays. They offer cooking and baking classes for different types of cuisine. I got their Bunko Bread for Christmas, excellent! I only wish they were open more than just the holidays.

The Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie is legitimately the best pecan pie I’ve ever had, and the Chocolate Chess Pie is like a brownie batter pie - in the best way possible. Both were gone in record speed!

We loved the Tuscany cooking class! Katie and her team were a great teachers who provided a wonderful experience, lessons on history and culture, and some laughs. We’ve purchased many of Katie’s foods over the years and they’ve almost been amazing and a treat. Highly recommend her classes and products!

We have eaten at some of the best restaurants and I would say this is the most unique, fun and delicious meal! Katie is funny, smart (probably has forgotten more things about baking than I know), a great teacher, and she will help guide you to make the best tasting meal in town! I am excited that my kids are now old enough to start taking them on some of these experiences!

Attended the ‘All About Choux” pastry making class. Made some delicious pastries and pastry creams as well. Katie was a great host and teacher. We all left with 3-6 pastries each and everyone got a turn with the hands-on experience of making the dough, piping, etc. And now I know the golden rule of you must always shift flour when making pate de choux. Definitely a fun hands-on course!

My husband and I did the Parisian Date Night cooking class last week and it was a unique, fun experience. Food was great and different than what we normally cook. Liked that we could bring our own bottle of wine to enjoy. Will definitely do this again and will be back to buy bakery items.

My wife and I have had so much fun taking cookie classes with Katie. The food and class is fantastic, but Katie is what really makes this experience above and beyond our expectations. She is incredibly helpful and entertaining, and we will definitely be back!
