I set-up the food truck at least a month in advance. I called them the day before to reconfirm the event. I received a call back that afternoon stating they could not be present due to "working her full-time job." I do not recommend them for events or catering.

Large portions and great pricing. Food and staff was fantastic! Id recommended following them on Facebook so you can find out where they are at, where they will be, and hours. We had their breakfast at Wire Road Brewing Company. They were there on Sunday from 7am to 10am. Definitely going to check out their lunch next!

Bought one of their giant combo dinners. Everything was fantastic, but I especially loved the brisket! The smoked Mac and cheese is to die for! Prices are great and I highly recommend them!

I can see why Backyard Carnivore is a popular food truck! The owners are amazing, food is incredibly tasty and they serve very fairly priced, large portions.
