“Not only are the cakes delicious, but the owners and all of the employees are extremely kind and generous! I ordered and paid for a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday, which fell on Thanksgiving. Well, I got so busy cooking and cleaning, I forgot to pick it up. I was so upset and felt horrible, worried no one would even be available if I emailed. I think it was the store owner that did, and was so kind to meet me at 7 am to pick it up Thanksgiving morning!!!! I can’t praise this place, the owners, and staff enough for their kindness!!!“

“The chocolate gooie butter bar and the butter thumbprint cookie was delicious. The gooie cookie was not something I’d get again. Hubby said the snickerdoodle cookie was delicious. They have a really cute gift shop set up as well. I’d like to come back for their lunch sometime, but we just missed it.“

“They serve delicious food and have always honored my senior advantage card which is discount on my purchases. When I ordered Today I was told they don't accept them. Cook was rude and didn't make any effort to ask someone else. The manager has always been nice but I didn't see him. I canceled my order since I couldn't afford it without the discount .“

“I loved Schlotsky’s when living and working in Houston TX and was extremely excited to learn there were two locations in Springfield MO. Even though it’s an hour’s drive, I’ll make that drive for a Schlotsky’s Original anytime. The sandwiches come in different sizes and I get the large one because any leftovers keep well in the fridge and reheat in the microwave like they were just bought.\nHighly recommend this eat in or take out top notch sandwich shop.“
