We’re from NM and don’t get much chance to eat Vietnamese food. The server, Steven, was so friendly and helpful. Our dishes were flavorful and delicious. The portions are huge. I still have a full meal left from my entree. To top it off, the prices are great. $13/entree is about the price we’re used to paying for an appetizer. Wish we lived closer as we would visit regularly.

Bambu Vietnamese Cuisine knows how to do chicken pho right. Their pho ga is incredibly fresh, deeply flavorful, and comforting in the best way. The broth is clean but rich, with a depth that tells you it’s been carefully crafted not just thrown together.
The chicken is tender and plentiful, not dry or bland like you sometimes get elsewhere. It soaks up the flavor of the broth perfectly. Add in the fresh herbs, crisp onions, and rice noodles, and every bite feels like a warm, balanced hug in a bowl.
If you’re looking for a standout bowl of chicken pho, Bambu is where you want to be. I’d go out of my way to stop here again it’s that good

Genuine. Family-owned. Absurd quality and portions for a great price. Visited on a whim with my Fiancée one weekend and we’ll be coming back as often as we can.

I enjoyed my bowl of seafood egg noodle soup. The portion was generous and the noodles were abundant. It's a little sweet compared to other Vietnamese Restaurants I've been to but overall, it was authentic and excellent.

After a long drive from Chicago, my family and I enjoyed a delicious dinner! It was a peaceful atmosphere! We were greeted with great customer service. We ordered pho and they offered it in kid-friendly portions. It was hot, fresh, and flavorful! We recommend the P1, P2, Bonhue (spicy), spring rolls & jasmine tea. We came for dinner near closing time but they didn't rush us. We were told safe travels and given smiles out the door. Thank you to the friendly staff.

The wonton soup was almost life-changing — the broth was rich and flavorful, and the wontons were plump and delicious... until you hit the freezer-burned pork in the center. A small disappointment in an otherwise amazing dish.
Portions are generous (seriously, bring an appetite), but it’s a bit pricey for a lunch entree. You’ll leave full, but your wallet might feel a little light.
The vibe is very informal. There was a staff table with sleeves of cups, stacks of dishes, and other behind-the-scenes supplies sitting right in the dining area. It kind of felt like eating in the break room — cozy, but not exactly polished.
Interior is dated and could use a refresh, but if you’re here for good comfort food and don’t mind a super casual setup, it’s worth a stop. Just maybe check that your wontons haven’t been on a long journey from the freezer.

This place is the highest bar for Asian cuisine in the area, in terms of quality and price you can’t beat it, they are on a whole different level. I’ve compared there pho, chicken fried rice and spring rolls to every other Asian restaurant and nothing compares, best of all they maintain competitive prices and great dine in atmosphere. You can’t ask more for the money.. A+ review from a 7 year costumer..
I have been to Bambu many times and typically the food and service are great. Today, the meat in the pho was 1/2 fat but I ate the noodles and steak that wasn't fat. I told the waiter that he should tell the chef to cut the fat off but the waiter's response was that it was normal. I have never in my life had pho where the steak was 1/2 fat. I will most likely go back but will order my pho without fatty steak.
