The manager is always very well dressed and looks sharp, very kind and all servers look very nice and are friendly. Are server this evening gave us very good service even though it was only their second day. The meal was very good.

It was 1.5 hours before closing time, we walked in and they sat us down, my 1.5 year baby was with us. I asked for a high chair the waiter brought out a high chair without the bar infront. (Totally unsafe, my child will fall off the high chair) And walked away. I had my husband to grab a new high chair. waited for almost 1 hour for our food, we got pho and the vermicelli bowl. The noodles for pho was stiff and it was wide noodles, the soup was lukewarm, the vermicelli noodles was cold. The sauce that went with the vermicelli bowl was tasteless.. not sure if we went in the wrong time… the table next to us didn’t seem satisfied with their pho either. The took a few bites and left. I wouldn’t go back

This place is excellent! From reading some of the recent reviews, it seems there may have been an understaffing issue at one point. If there was a problem, they've most definitely resolved it.

I went on February 8th 2026 and absolutely loved it. The service was efficient and exceptionally friendly. The ambience was casual and relaxing. My server Missy in particular was so nice and attentive without being overbearing, and the other staff I interacted with were also great.

Most importantly, the food was fantastic! The thai tea was rich and flavorful, the shrimp spring rolls tasted very fresh, and the pho was outstanding. From the broth to the noodles and meat, the toppings and the chili oil on the table - all top notch. And a big portion that was more than worth the price. My only complaint is that the peanut sauce with the spring rolls was a bit on the bland side.

I live nearly an hour away, but might be looking for excuses to come back to Springfield so I can have lunch here again.

This is a great place to eat for dinner! I go there with my brother and mom often. The three of us always would get either rice or pho because it’s the one and only Vietnamese dishes we love. The service is very nice too because we always see the same guy to take our orders/serve us, so we’re for sure familiar with the service. The atmosphere is always very ambient, especially when not busy.

Uber, a driver brought my husband and I a delicious lunch to our home from Bambu. I loved every bit. I have to go to the restaurant and check it out.

I don’t usually like to complain, but I feel people should know about this experience. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, and my to-go order wasn’t started until I arrived. Once the food was finally prepared, the quality was very disappointing—it seemed as though leftovers were used. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not what I expected.

Skip this place and go to Hong Yen Vietnamese instead.

I went to Bamboo yesterday after not eating there for four years. The only reason I returned was because Hong Yen had been closed for construction. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

Four years ago, the restaurant smelled like cigarettes and the food was bad. Yesterday was no different. The food was still awful. As an Asian person who has traveled to all 50 states and over 15 countries including many Asian countries, this was by far the worst egg roll I’ve ever had. It was mushy, which makes me believe it wasn’t fully cooked.

I ordered four egg rolls for a large party, and every single one was bad. I’ve been sick since yesterday and am experiencing what feels like food poisoning after eating here.

This place was not worth it four years ago, not worth it now, and honestly needs to be inspected by the county as soon as possible.

Save your money, your stomach, and your health. Go to Hong Yen Vietnamese instead.

This place is disgusting. Upon entering it smelled like cigarettes, the front entrance floor was filthy, the sauces on the tables were sticky and looks like they have never been cleaned, the ceiling tiles are stained over by bar area, their vents on the ceiling are caked in black mold or black filth of some sort, the fan sitting on their bar is dirty and blowing air around. For the cherry on top, we had a hairball in our fresh spring roll and had to send it back. This place needs a visit from the Greene County Health Dept. I’m supposed it’s allowed to be open, honestly.
