H2. Curry chicken
Medium spicy coconut milk based yellow curry simmered with chicken leg quarters and potatoes. Topped with peanuts, sliced onions, and cilantro. Vietnamese curry is slightly sweeter than other curry in South East Asia severed with steam rice or rice noodles.
H1. Spicy Beef Noodle
Bun bo hue originated in the old imperial capital of central vietnam, hue. The broth is from cooking beef bones for a long period of time, as well as a large variety of different spices including lemongrass and chili. Bun bo hue includes thin slices of marinated beef les. Served with bean sprouts, thinly sliced purple cabbage, iceberg lettuce, lime, and cilantro springs on the side. It is also common for a dinner to add a small amount dollop of shrimp paste directly into the soup. (gluten free menu)
H3. Com bo luc lac
Shaking beef includes tender morsels of beef tenderloin sautéed with oni o ns in a tangy garlic soy sauce served with French " red rice" and pickle vegetable medley. The term "luc lac" refer to the quick shaking motion the chef uses to quickly sear the meat.

We’re from NM and don’t get much chance to eat Vietnamese food. The server, Steven, was so friendly and helpful. Our dishes were flavorful and delicious. The portions are huge. I still have a full meal left from my entree. To top it off, the prices are great. $13/entree is about the price we’re used to paying for an appetizer. Wish we lived closer as we would visit regularly.

Bambu Vietnamese Cuisine knows how to do chicken pho right. Their pho ga is incredibly fresh, deeply flavorful, and comforting in the best way. The broth is clean but rich, with a depth that tells you it’s been carefully crafted not just thrown together.

The chicken is tender and plentiful, not dry or bland like you sometimes get elsewhere. It soaks up the flavor of the broth perfectly. Add in the fresh herbs, crisp onions, and rice noodles, and every bite...

I enjoyed my bowl of seafood egg noodle soup. The portion was generous and the noodles were abundant. It's a little sweet compared to other Vietnamese Restaurants I've been to but overall, it was authentic and excellent.
