Extremely disappointed. Came in this evening with my fiancee and our son. Son had a scoop of ice cream, other half got a large shake and I got a medium. I was looking forward to have a thick creamy shake. What I got was anything but. It is literally the consistency of water. Don't go here for shakes!!!!!!

I’ve been wanting an ice cream cake for a while, so I finally ordered one for my birthday. Im a huge horror fan, but I also like cute stuff, so when I saw the zombie unicorn option I had to have it, I didn’t know if certain cakes could only be ordered seasonally or not, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. They did an amazing job! The cake looked so awesome! And it tasted amazing! Everyone at my birthday dinner absolutely loved it! I’ll definitely be buying more cakes from here in the future.

The girl with the crazy lashes is very rude. Milkshakes are 90% milk and 10% ice cream when asked about it she said that’s how it’s supposed to be when the picture on the menu is thick enough to make a point top.

I have came here so many times and they are just plain rude my drinks where not filled to how they should be was given wrong drink in the first place very rude when asked if you could have no ice. Like i dont understand why people are so rude i really dont we are paying higher prices just to get less of a amount and be treated rudely

For $45 I wish I went to Walmart for my husbands birthday cake. The picture is not great..... and the smell from however they printed the picture is very strong.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went to the drive thru around 7:00 pm and my family of four began to buy ice cream, only one scoop for each of us. It seemed pretty simple but it took us about 20 minutes with NO ONE in line to finally get our order and when we finally did there was a scoop of icecream missing. When we asked her for it, they said it didn’t ring us so we offered to pay right there. She rudely told us that we had to circle back, get back in line and order again, when we explained why we were confused she started rolling her eyes and berating us about how we were ordering. She then decided to slam the door on our faces and say “don’t come back.” Horrible experience for the whole family. Don’t waste your money on this establishment, all employees are very rude and it is very clear from reviews that they do not prioritize customer service.

I ordered a banana split off of doordash and I got no banana! What?! They also didn't have any flavors they claimed they did. I don't recommend here

the last few times i’ve came in to get ice cream the teenage employees seem like they don’t wanna be there at all and they are kinda rude about getting the icecream.

We come out here reguralry, and every time the staff is clueless as to what they are supposed to to, but tonight, was a special type of clueless. Why would you start cleaning the ice cream storage freezer 1 hour before you close? Furthermore, when you see a family come in, dont rudelly say.... "you are aware we are not selling ice cream right?" As if we are supposed to know? You do the cleaning after you close. Irresponsable staff, that is the very same reason why B&R closed here my years ago to begin with.

The employee that I encountered today was very unprofessional had her shirt tucked in up underneath her br Her belly was showing this is disgusting and very unprofessional. I will not be going back here again.

Ordered a cake online to be made here. Paid up front and received a phone call to inform me the flavor of ice cream I wanted was not available. I told them no problem, just refund my card. They said they couldn’t do that and that I’d have to call the corporate office. I did and they said they would inform the store in Springfield. Still for some reason unable to refund my card. After several phone calls and getting nowhere I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Poor customer service. I’ll never step foot in another BR again!!!!

Good service. Biggest problem was the waffle cone was stale and moldy at the bottom! My son did not realize it after he ate most of it and got to the bottom of it and noticed the mold. That is absolutely unacceptable and a health code hazard!!
