This was my first time at a Korean BBQ, and it was a really good experience. Worth trying if you haven’t been before.

Went a couple weeks ago @1pm, got seated after waiting 5+ minutes (they weren’t busy at all). It was our first time here. We ordered our drinks, got our waters (2) and both of them ended up having BUGS in them. Naturally, we asked for new waters, which took FOREVER to come back. My husband ordered a beer and he didn’t receive it until after we finished our meats. We asked for more sides, never got it. We got up to leave and we saw our waiter, Chris, sitting, acting like we weren’t waiting for our food! Laughable, at best. TERRIBLE service, but the food was decent, wouldn’t recommend coming here.

My husband and I have never been here before and decided to go for a date. The waiter (Christopher) didn't take the time to explain how anything worked so we figured it out on our own. Food was excellent! Restaurant was clean. Christopher was slow to come back and check on us. Finally, when we got the bill, he said that he could cash us out at the table and walked off . Tired of waiting so we walked up front and found Christopher sitting down on his phone. Then a nice waitress checked us out.... My husband was generous enough to tip him (which he didn't deserve how much he gave him) But all in all the food was great but out waiter was NOT.

first time on Saturday. was two adults and 6 year old. we were told that because the adults ordered the premium. the 6 year-old would as well. So we chose our four meats, ate all of three mears but the short ribs were inedible. Full of fat and grisly. We were informed that because we didn't finish the short ribs, we would ge charged an additional ten dollars. (that was one meat we had literally already paid for) The server kept pressuring us to eat more (sorry it wasn't fit to eat) I understand if we had ordered more meat and didn't eat, but this was our starter meats. that was included in the cost. Very disappointed and will not return. I will not be chastised for not eating something I paid money for

Love the food, fresh and filling. I had the beef brisket, spicy chicken, pork belly and tofu. I never had Korean BBQ before, love the grill on the table and I was able to cook the meat myself. Makes a fun experience on a date or with family. Lots of vegetables, soup and rice great. Love how at the end of the meal you get ice cream! Definitely will go back. Great price too, all you can eat for $24!

It's pretty good. The meat is high quality. However, it's just too expensive for what you get. There is also a off-putting cleaner smell. I don't think I'll be back, even though I love the idea of the place.

I love Korean food. you cook your own meat at this ayce location. you have a 2 hour limit but that is plenty of time. fun place to go with friends.
I had been in before, and even with paying for the premium meat service, the staff was reluctant to bring what I wanted, and there was a wait time involved frequently. That was with 2 previous visits. This time , my server was excellent, and meats were promptly delivered, and the entire experience was excellent!

So what happened was I had to make reservation using the website that’s fine and further instruction it says that when we are ready, we will let you know but I kept waiting in my car and passed 15 minutes from the original times and still no people message or let me know so I decided I’m going to go in. After I got in, I still had to wait like another 10 to 20 minutes. I had issues with them with the way how they set up their reservation and the following instructions when is that day and time.

The food is good. Some of meat might be slightly low quality but I love the seasonings and sides. I will say though, my boyfriend and I felt like we were drunk and we think we might’ve been getting too much gas exposure ! We both felt drunk and super mellow. We will never come back. Felt poisoned from your restaurant, gas directly coming towards your face and breathing in bad chemicals, awful experience!!
