My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner and decided on the pork loin sandwich (tenderloin). Easily one of the best in Springfield. It's not pounded too thin, it has good crunch, and the breading is well seasoned. Great flavor and it's a really big sandwich. We split it for a light meal.

It comes with chips, but one of the options is sweet potato fries. Anytime that's an option, that's what I'm getting! Great fries with crunch, lightly dusted with sugar to bring out the sweet. I normally like more savory sweet potato fries, but this time we double down and got their bread pudding sauce for dipping. Very sweet, but holy cow that was good.

I highly recommend Big Easy. Everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked great, and we'll be back soon to try more (although it'll be hard to pass up that tenderloin).

Absolutely the best muffaletta with home made olive spread! Small beer selection. House chips are great. Friendly people.

While in Springfield, MO we decided to try this place and WOW was it good.

Girlfriend had the Shrimp Po Boy that was AWESOME! The seasoning is second to none. I had the Cajun Hamburger cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce and seasoning.

We normally take pictures but the food looked and smelled so good we just had to dive right in. Do yourselves a huge favor and get over there a.s.a.p. You'll be glad you did.

This is a Cajun restaurant with an option to have mild food which I like. We got the jambalaya. It varies on goodness. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. I am not sure why. Prices are fair. It's worth the gamble. Try it.

If I could do 0 stars I would. First of all it is so incredibly hot inside. My Wife and I ate here over the weekend, my jambalaya tasted very fishy, and her catfish was cold AND our chips were stale. Also, our silver wear looked dirty! Bread was the only good part about the meal but definitely will not be going back!

Being from Louisiana we are always skeptical eating canjun food outside of the state but this one surprised us. We will return when in the area.

We tried the fried okra. Jambalaya. Fried Green Tomatoes and crawfish etouffee.

Service was fantastic, great people! I had a shrimp poboy and fries. Both were really good. A half sandwich would have been plenty; a full was quite a bit of food. It all seemed to be reasonably priced to me. The water tasted weird, not sure why. Other than that, loved it and will probably be back!

Food is always good. If you want cajun food this is a good choice. I love the catfish with sweet potato fries! Had lunch with a friend here today and as always food was tasty and the service good.

Some of the most bland Cajun food I've ever had. No spice at all.
