This is my favorite coffee shop in Springfield! Love their chicken salad sandwich from here. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I like how all the art on the walls is by local artists and for sale.
Our Christmas Eve visit to Big Momma Coffee had the quiet, settled pleasure of something done exactly right. There was no sense of holiday rush intruding on the experience—only warmth, welcome, and the reassuring smell of coffee taken seriously.

I just wanna thank the baristas that were working around noon on 9/14 - ya’ll were so sweet to my mom and she really had a good time. You could tell they really enjoy working there, as they were happy to give suggestions and make something specialized, which is rare to see
