We ordered two burgers and a kids meal and waited for over an hour and never received them. When we asked our server about it she said “I thought you were waiting on other people to arrive.” We never said that. We had to pay for the drinks and appetizer we did receive. No apology and no lunch for my hungry kid. Really annoying. The Nixa one has always been good.

I wat there a couple of ti.es and month. I usually get Erica as my waitress. She is excellent. Always remembers me and takes very good care of the table. She is sweet and always pleasant. Enjoy seeing her.

Lunch with 2 of my daughters. Was a great place and the waitress was fabulous. The bill was also very reasonable. I am sure when I am back in Springfield we will be happy to visit back at Big Whiskey's!

Came in for a beer and a snack and was not let down. Their bartenders were busy and still on top of everything. I enjoy their wraps personally, and my beer was never empty! Outstanding service especially my bartender, Wheatley, she had perfect service and even talked with the GM Britany who was also very helpful and sweet even while being noticeably pregnant. My favorite Big Whiskeys for sure!
