Sunday night and struggled to even get a refill or another beer. Server was the worse. Won't be back for sure. Save you money. Food was poorly executed and bland. Service needs training!

It took several minutes to be greeted, and get drinks even though there was maybe 15 people total in the restaurant. Took some appetizers to go b/c that's all they had available (it was late I understand) however we ordered almost everything available for the food and they're full priced but not enough for 5 people even though it was six items or more. Drinks were just meh and for being called Big Whiskey I expected more this is just a glorified TGIF/Chilis

We visited for the first time while in Springfield for an event (9/22/25). We picked it from a Google search because the menu had a nice variety and the pictures made it look like a cool place to check out. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress/bartender, I think her name was Erica, was wonderful. She knew the menu well and gave terrific suggestions when we asked what we should try. Food was excellent! Overall the place had a great vibe and we will definitely visit again when in the area.

Epic turkey burger and since most of them are rather terrible but you get it as a healthier choice and these guys killed it 👍👍👍so im impressed 🫡
Also had a turkey melt and it also was good,

Erica Cleveland has been our waitress since we have been coming to this location. We come in to see her at least once a week or more. She is absolutely wonderful. She is the best waitress we have had the pleasure of knowing. My wife and I have gotten to know her on a more personal level. She is as wonderful and sweet as she seems! I have never done this before, so for me to do this gives tribute to how great she is.
