Listen up!!! I'm here to tell you about an omelet, I had here at Billy Bob's..... Smoked liver, pulled pork, gruyere cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms if you're in to them, eggs, and grilled Texas toast on the side. THIS WILL BE YOUR NEW FAVORITE OMELET!!! Incredible flavor, all the ingredients compliment each other, definitely could be the breakfast special at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant!! I loved it🔥👍

Food was incredible, portions were generous, pricing was competitive, and he went above and beyond with extras that weren’t required but were appreciated. Highly recommend to others and will be having catering done by them again!

Stopped here for lunch during a visit to Springfield. Had the brisket, pulled pork, baked beans and coleslaw. Everything was amazing. I’m not a slaw person and this may have changed my mind. Located at the entrance to the Springfield Underground,(Google it).
