Stopped here for lunch during a visit to Springfield. Had the brisket, pulled pork, baked beans and coleslaw. Everything was amazing. I’m not a slaw person and this may have changed my mind. Located at the entrance to the Springfield Underground,(Google it).

Omgosh I can't say enough great things... Pulled Pork was great, Brisket Burger was great. The sides were wonderful. Favorite was the smoked Mac & Cheese. Totally Recommend

If you want the best BBQ SMOKED EVERYTHING! And a sweetheart of a guy that his passion shows in his food, GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!!! We have tried almost everything and have loved it all! He gave my wife and I smoked trail mix and cookies…. AMAZING! We drive all over and try smoked meats everywhere and he can’t be beat on flavor. Thanks Billy Bob! We will come see you every time we’re in town!

I grew up right outside of Dallas and had my share and a half Bbq and haven’t had a single bite since I moved out about 7 years ago. My pregnant wife of 5 years randomly said she wanted some pulled pork and I couldn’t tell her to pick a place fast enough. Couple seconds later she finds this place and we’ve got the gps going before I see prices. He made me the best not only bbq I’ve ever had but best sandwich hands down. Fantastic food and owner. Can’t wait to go back next week

Ive been delivering to the Kraft caves periodically for about a year and today was the first time this stand was open when ive been here. VERY pleased! I got 3 chix tacos, pot salad and baked beans, ALL DELICIOUS. For a great BBQ meal, I advise any truckers, or anyone for that matter to check this food truck out!
