The amount of disrespect I have received from the manager at this location is astounding. I walked in, ordered my food, noticed the “manager” was being disrespectful towards the staff when they were doing their jobs efficiently. And then the manger (I talked to fellow employees) Mike was very aggressive towards me. Very uncomfortable situation. Left for a few minutes. We received our food, I was getting ready to leave and I heard a loud thud. I looked behind and he had dropped a container of food, looked like custard. Yelled at the employees that he wasn’t going to clean it up and told them to because he “had to leave” and then stormed away. I will not be going to black sheep again, any location. This location has nearly always been an issue when the manager is there. It seems like he’s a problem and should be fired immediately or I will absolutely be telling my family and friends to stop ordering from there.

Came to this location with some friends visiting from out of state, things were going fine until one worker (the manager) Mike came in yelling at all the employees. Cussing at them and treating them like children. He dropped 2-3 things of custard then left for them to clean up. Good was good but I don’t recommend supporting someone who treats their minimum wage employees like this.

We absolutely loved their burgers and fries, the Raspberry Mint Tea is a must to try and very Heart healthy drink as well.

After staying an extended weekend in Branson, this restaurant topped any of the places there. The Stawberry Lemonade alone was worth coming for. The burgers were awesome, as well as the shakes. You can tell when a restaurant puts heart into their establishment, and this is one of them!

I got the “bleus brothers” with a side of fries. The burger had a good taste of blue cheese that wasn’t overbearing. There was a cucumber taste that complimented the blue cheese flavour. The fries were crispy and lightly salted. Their condiments are free to add on with the fries. I chose the chipotle ketchup along with the malt vinegar aioli. Both sauces had unique tastes. The chipotle ketchup sauce was more on the ketchup side with a hint of chipotle. The vinegar aioli had a mayonnaise consistency with a hint of zest. Water cup was provided with no cost. 4/5 stars because my burger was a bit too creamy.

Service was prompt and hospitable. Short wait time and the waiter asked if I needed anything else before leaving. The waiter came and took my plate when I finished.

It was a bit on the spendy side, but the Elvis milkshake, without the banana, was a great peanut butter milkshake with a swirl of chocolate! I'll be back for that! The fries were pretty tasty also.
