We live in Arkansas and with no Costcos around us we started traveling to Springfield to visit one. During one of our visits we discovered Black Sheep ASAP and have loved it every time. Food is great, you're served quickly and all the staff has been super friendly. Would highly recommend!

Consistent - The one word I woud use to describe Blacksheep Burgers. Without a doubt, these burgers are the best burgers I've ever had in my life. I sometimes take the 3 hour trip just to grab me my Cowboy Carl burger. That burger is STACKED and make the reip so worth it. They don't go cheap on you with the ingredients, you truly get your money's worth and more. The brisket falls apart on its own, the beef patty is juicy, and the bunsa always come out nice and hot, just perfection. I absolutely wish y'all were in Northwest Arkansas. It's booming here and we need y'all, I NEED y'all down here. ? Never change.

Go to black sheep all the time and I always get the blues burger, got one at the drive through location, I don't know if they misheard me or what but I got home and it was a patty with onions and a giant chunk of Boursin. Super disappointed. I will say the staff was nice and this is my only unpleasant experience after gong many times.

Best Burgers & Best Fries ever in our lives! Really nice fun place & music, great cooks & waitstaff. Highly recommended. Almost too much food to eat, giant helpings of fries with choices of dipping sauces with much variety.

I’ve been to most of the black sheep places and never had a bad experience until today. My burger was ice cold upon receiving my food. The fries tasted chemically, my fiancé’s chicken sandwich wasn’t fresh, tasted like it had sat there for a while. I couldn’t even finish my food I ended up tossing it out and I asked for a refund explaining how disappointed I was only to be told they don’t do refunds. Instead I got a free fry and burger coupon, however they offered to remake my food and I said no it wasn’t tasting right and the floors were incredibly slick, not to mention no napkins in site. I had to go to their bathroom and get a paper towel. They forgot my burger and she came back a few mins later with it. This has to be the worst restaurant experience in Springfield I have experienced. 1/10 experience because the water I ordered was the best part. Do better black sheep. I have never wasted a burger from black sheep

I love blacksheep but tonight my food was just not good and it was so disappointing because we usually never have any complaints.
I got the loaded fries and they were not very good which getting them to go happens but the "pulled pork" was just huge chunks of extremely tough meat I could barely chew.
Once again Google reviews found us a great burger spot! Tiny parking lot and dining room but big food. Food is made fresh and the pickles are the bomb!
Would stack their burger against any other. Counter service is not my favorite for the reason I experienced here. 1 register. Not a long line really but it took awhile to order, just standing there. Staff was very friendly. Fries made the burger even better. No onion rings?

Quite possibly the BEST burger I’ve ever had, and I’ve done them coast to coast. The Bleus Brothers is the way to go!! And quite excellent service- Adi was on top of it, we never waited even a moment! Big thumbs up all around!!
