Came here for a baking class. It’s absolutely worth the money. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to work and the instructor was knowledgeable and very down to earth. We were provided drinks and an amazing dinner. I learned a lot of really great tips and came home with plenty of goodies. I will definitely be taking more.
SO delicious.
Their croissants, like anything they have are so delicious, the quality is dough is amazing! I tried spinach & cheese roll, yum!
The Prosciutto & Herby Whipped Goat Cheese was amazing! The bread was very light, and the cheese wasn’t overwhelming. The prosciutto wasn’t too salty either. The only drawback is the $10 price tag, but I don’t mind spending a little more to support a local business.
Stopped in for a quick lunch takeaway and you never disappoint. The ham and cheese toasty was spot on and the sweet/savoury option had all the flavours of a classic Croque Monsieur. The lemon curd brioche was a perfect shared desert to finish. Keep doing what you are doing!
Didn't have anything to eat there but, the coffee was great.
It was our first time visiting. We LOVE everything that we bought.
I hate giving bad reviews especially to small local businesses but sometimes they earn it. My order couldn't have been simpler. Cold brew with a splash of half and half because they don't have sugar free vanilla. I specifically told her to just add enough to change the color. I need to get better at telling people they messed up, that's on me. I should have asked her to remake it but I didn't. I accepted the drink she handed me, walked out, found the nearest trash can and threw it away. What I received compared to what I ordered was a cup of half and half with maybe a splash of cold brew, it seriously looked like I was about to drink a cup of creamer. Either she has Parkinson's and can't help but over pour the cream or she is completely incompetent. Again, this review is my fault for not asking her to correct her mistake but with an order that simple she might not have gotten it right the second time either. Their breakfast croissants, although extremely over priced did look very delicious and the place was very clean with nice aesthetics.
Wonderful place…… great food.
We stumbled upon this place. The pastries were amazing! They do have another seating area with lower seating in back room. Also a window there to watch the baking in action.

Visitors to Springfield, came down to this area for breakfast and stumbled onto Blue Heron. Very happy we chose them. Excellent and generous sausage egg and cheese croissant. Pumpkin pie donut was amazing. And a great atmosphere and personal service. Very impressed overall!
