They charge for a disposable cup of water. That should be all the info you need about this place. It's only a dollar but it did really irritate me.

Craveable delicious foods. We loved the apple cider donuts and the cinnamon bun. Excellent coffee. The staff was kind enough to give it to me in a for-here cup (because it just tastes better that way!) And I love the pre-made drinks in the refrigerator by the counter - with those delectable flavors I was more likely to grab a drink I didn’t have to wait for. What a cute cafe and a great experience!

Delicious but really pricey. Definitely just a once a month or two treat.

The food is overpriced. The cinnamon roll, however, was interesting. The bench seats made of wood are super uncomfortable.

I don't normally eat sweets but Oooooooh my! I got a black coffee with a massive cinnamon roll (w/maple cream cheese) and a raspberry chocolate truffle donuts to share with my sugar addicted husband . . . I ate more than him! Good stuff!

We tried a breakfast sandwich and several pastries…all were amazing! The cinnamon roll is a must try! Highly recommend!

Came here for a baking class. It’s absolutely worth the money. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to work and the instructor was knowledgeable and very down to earth. We were provided drinks and an amazing dinner. I learned a lot of really great tips and came home with plenty of goodies. I will definitely be taking more.

HORRIBLE customer service- nearly non existent!
There are VERY few places on Commercial St that have good food & good customer service, this is NOT one of them
The food is good- done from scratch in house, but I had to run an errand & the short girl rolled her eyes!!
I went back anyway- same girl- NO customer service
Decided not to go back

An awesome experience while attending a sour dough baking class. Jenny is an awesome teacher and has great personality who is easy to talk to while feeling at home. We had very welcoming experience and got a chance to meet some wonderful people who were in the class. We learned step by step how to make a sour dough bread from scratch to the end. It was lot of fun. Jenny is an awesome host and made she made the experience worth bragging about.
Our evening stated by a brief introduction by Jenny and history of Blue Heron. Everyone introduced to each other while sipping on choice of home made cold drinks. We learned how to prepare the dough and valuable tit bits as we went along which made world of difference and ended up baking a delicious and beautiful sour dough bread and dinner rolls. We concluded our evening with home made dinner provided by Jenny in very cordial and old fashion way, which was delicious and we had choices of selection to choose from. We inquired about other baking classes and there were plenty to choose from for every month.
A fabulous evening while learning to bake.
Great job Jenny.

Stopped here for breakfast while visiting town and it was so good 🤤The French toast donut was divine and as a sweet and savory lover I really enjoyed that the ham and cheese toasty was served with jam

First trip to Blue Heron. It kept popping up on social media so took the time to check it out. Fun place, kind staff. You won’t find your mommas biscuit and gravy for breakfast but you will find amazing flavors with European taste to savor. Loved it
